Horrible customer service - never buying from them again

I recently bought an air conditioning unit from Tuttishop. The item was not doing what it advertised so I filed for a return on their website. No one responded for days so I filed a second time. Again no response. Then I wrote to their customer service two times and I had a short response saying they're not aware of any return claims and asking why I want to return. When I replied with screenshot of the return claims from their own website. They stopped responding. Horrible customer service, never buying from them again.

I still don't know if my payment has…

I still don't know if my payment has been verified or not, the order is still not sent.. it's not really next generation online order.
