I ordered two parts in one shipment. One was ok but second was bent and scratched badly (unusable). It was packed in flat cardboard and tape wrapped around it. Item were a little heavy so they weren't protected at all.

I was forced to repair the items at my expense and filed a complaint immediately when I received the parts.
Now I have sent 3x emails complaining about this and still no response, I regret not buying through eBay for protection and they do not respond to my emails or provide compensations.

Will not use them again since their service is to not respond at all. I recommend to use eBay or something to protect yourself or use someone else.

Sent again email to service.client (at) tutto-parts.fr which is the address I have been sending too as a follow up to my order.

Perfect, this company goes the extra mile, I was expecting my product to arrive rolled up, as many other companies do, but no they sent it as a Flat Package to ensure it didn’t get out of shape. When a company goes to this extent to ensure a perfect delivery. Then they have my gratitude and respect

My part was purchased 21 Oct. under the name of my friend Renrick Alexander to whom it was to be shipped. On 29 Oct l was informed it was being returned to the sender. It is 24 Nov and the parts are not returned. I would like a full refund as I located the parts elsewhere.
