northampton engineer put up a new aerial, bracket and pole when asked to only fit an aerial, that then 6 weeks later stopped working. the engineer then came again to fit another aerial which this time was new out of a box, the first one wasnt. 3 months later it all fell down taking some bricks with it. he had fitted 2 out of the 4 bolts into the wall and bolted it to the very top brick at the peak of a semi detached house which the last aerial bracket was bolted 5 layers into the wall. PLUS he charged me an extra 50£ CASH for something i was told i needed that then when i phoned the office to ask why, they responded that i was in the wrong and if they want they can take it futher as I committed FRAUD. they put up a new aerial, bracket and pole on the chimley with 6 bolts but wouldnt fix me wall.

Lovely advert - told same day service stayed in all Thurday afternoon No show.
Call company to organize another day & time, given Saturday after 11.30am. Waited till 12.30 rang company they said be with you in 20mins 1.30mins later showed up supplied 2 bolts for clamp £60 charge!! It took all of 10mins, longer to pay them, engineer complained saying they were a terrible company to work for & is leaving!!
I called Monday to complain they said thats the miniuim fee, so there is a callout charge

I had booked them on the telephone 3 days before and had confirmation to install a new aerial at my daughters house. I took a day off work and travelled some distance to house sit and waited. Rang them at 2.30pm to check. Was told they would be there that afternoon. Rang again at 4.45pm to be told they had no one booked for the postcode, and no record of this. How could I have spoken to someone earlier who confirmed.
I suspect they just where not interested. I was able to get a substitute company straight away.
Poor Indeed.

I wouldn't give them 1 star if at all possible
My neighbour used them to install an aerial after which I got no reception.
They came out promptly next day put a note thro my door saying my antenna was at the back of house and they had nothing to do with it, try checking my amp and psu.
I called them when I returned from work, they were very rude and at one point hung up on me, refusing to take any responsibility for my loss of signal or offer any type of solution.
A truly unprofessional organisation with disgraceful staff, please avoid them.

Rang 9am today and told someone would be round between t10am and 5pm to fit satellite TV Receiver, had to stay in the whole of the day and no one turned up or even phoned. If there was an option I wouldn't have given any stars. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. Will never give them any of my business or ever recommend them to friends or family. Disgraceful customer service

Engineer came, gave an estimate of what it would cost, said would need two men to get ladders on to property, access is awkward, so the job would be done first thing next morning, with an extra labour charge of £100. They didn't turn up, when I phoned, it hadn't been booked as a two man job, so couldn't be done until the following day. The next day one engineer turned up, said the other engineer was held up and started talking up the price we had been given, adding in extras. He was quite rude to my husband, wouldn't listen to what he said, told him they would have to drill into the house wall to fix the ladders, it is rendered so that would make an awful mess of the front of the house. Because we questioned the price, he cancelled the other engineer and said we only had a few seconds to decide to have the job done before the other man was sent on another job. This is very sharp practice and pressuring us to let them do the job. We are very angry about the way we were treated. We did not let them do the work.

This the most appalling company ever . Made endless phones calls .made three appointments with them ,didn't bother turning up waited in most of the days they said they were coming ..didn't even had the good manners to call to say they were not coming ..no apologies. This company does not deserve any business, certainly will not get mine ..find someone else!!

very unhappy with this company i have waites 5 times for someone to come out to fix my aerial n no one has turned up and today i have been waiting for someone yet again and they have rang a 3.30 pm to say that they arnt coming out and will ahve to wait until tomorrow which i am not happy about the costumer service is a joke the staff arent that good. they were quick enough to get my money but when their a problem they wont fix it

Arranged for someone to come on a Friday to fix the tv aerial. At around 3pm a telephone call was received stating that the engineer had been held up but could come the following day instead. I agreed and was happy that at least they had rang. The following day at around 3pm I chased up the appointment and the lady said 'Yes he will definitely be coming. We work until 5pm'. At around 4.30pm I received a call saying that the engineer had been delayed and would I like to make an appointment for Tuesday. I said no thank you. Yes they rang to update me, but what a complete waste of time.

Engineer could not find address so had to meet him in town center and show him the way back to our house. He proceeded to install two aerials one for living room one for bedroom for a price of 140 pounds. I thought this was reasonable but have recently found out it was a bit pricey because the wiring was already done and left in the loft and all that was needed was it connecting to an aerial. Also mud was dragged up the stairs from the engineers boots on a brand new light grey carpet. For the past month we have not had any signal in our bedroom and having abit of trouble getting them to come and rectify the problem. Would not recommend if I could go back I would use a different company.

I had a real problem with the signal for my Sky and digital TV and running both around the house. Had Tony call promptly same day and immediately recognised the problem. After a while of crawling around my loft the problem was fixed and the picture is great. The wiring in my loft has never looked so neat.

It was very easy to organise. James Fripp telephoned before he arrived to let me know his arrival time, and then did an excellent job tidying up old satellite aerials and dishes and installing a new cable for our TV.
