Order and delivery was easy. But they sold the bed as cream boucle, it’s not, it’s fleece. We’ve now build the bed and don’t have the time to dismantle, send back and find a suitable replacement which is very annoying but yes. Definitely check what you order as the fabric clearly isn’t what they state it is.

I ordered a TV bed and unfortunately it arrived in very poor condition. There was a tear in the fabric on the winged headboard, a hole in the footboard fabric, and the baseboard for the mattress was dented. On top of that, the TV mechanism was unstable — the TV wobbled upon opening and closing, which made the whole bed feel cheaply made and unreliable.
When I raised these issues, I was disappointed to be accused of causing the damage myself, despite the item being brand new out of the packaging. While the owner did eventually agree to send replacement parts, I believe a full replacement should have been offered given the extent of the damage.
After waiting months with no parts arriving and no proper resolution, I had no choice but to raise a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider to get my money back. The situation dragged on far longer than it should have, and the bed ultimately ended up being disposed of due to its poor quality.
I’ve since purchased a TV bed from another company, and the difference is night and day — excellent quality and fantastic customer service from start to finish.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

Thank you for your response, but I must correct several points.
We were not kept updated throughout and had to chase multiple times for information. Communication was inconsistent and did not meet expectations.
Your suggestion that the damage may have occurred during unpacking is incorrect. We obtained an independent report afterward, which confirmed the issues were manufacturing defects. Customers should not be accused of causing damage in an attempt to shift responsibility for a poor product — this is completely unacceptable.
For clarity, we took delivery of the bed in August 2025 and did not receive any replacement parts from you at all by December 2025.
You also state that you issued a refund — this is not accurate. The refund was processed by our credit card provider following a Section 75 claim.
We were then left with the added burden of arranging the removal of the faulty bed ourselves, causing further stress and inconvenience.
Overall, this experience fell well below an acceptable standard, and your response does not accurately reflect what occurred.

Well made bed with a beautiful headboard. The gas airlift can be set to geniously open from either of the bed. The headboards come in a wonderful range of colours. The company offer exceptional customer service. Great concept and highly recommend.

If you’re prepared for a longer than usual lead time & lack of communication, then go ahead and order, because the small double tv bed we received and built ourselves is lovely. Sadly we didn’t know that the delivery would be over 4 weeks when ordering (without mattress) and getting information from customer service was like pulling teeth.

I bought a TV bed at the beginning of December and can only say good things about my experience. The staff in the shop were welcoming and offered a wide range of add ons and options available. The process of purchasing was very easy and within 15 minutes I had customised my bed to my liking and bought it. The bed arrived very quickly within 3 days and the building process was easy to follow and produced a high quality sturdy bed. The instructions were great however there was also an option to have someone else build the bed for you. Unfortunately my TV came damaged however after a quick phone call the staff at TVBed arranged for a collection of the old TV and delivery of the new TV within 2 days. I was extremely happy with this service and have since received a phone call to follow up on my bed and to advise me about the warranty if anything was to break, however i doubt this would be the case as the bed is very high quality and sturdy. I would recommend TVBed to anyone due to my experience.

I had my bed delivered this morning and couldn't be happier with it! The whole experience was great, from purchase to delivery. Thank you to the very friendly sales staff that helped me pick out the right bed as I realised the one saw online might not have actually be the best choice. And a big thank you to the delivery team from DRS (Anton and Tom) who were on time, smartly presented and well mannered.

I would highly recommend this company I was abit nervous about spending this much on a item I could not see but TV bed went above and beyond by sending me fabric samples and images of the bed in there showroom I decided to go for there Velar true sound TV bed with instalation and within 5 working day the bed was installed by 2 lovely delivery driver who showed me how to operate the bed service was outstanding and will order again in the future thank you

Bought an Atom TvBed in the shop and it was delivered and installed within 2 weeks! Rob was really helpful and informative in the shop and helped us decide on the bed to buy. The installers were very fast and polite they also showed us how to put the Tv on! Very simple process highly recommend!!!

Following up my previous review:
They finally called, saying they would send a replacement — but only if I DELETE my honest review. This is completely unacceptable. Customer service should resolve genuine issues without trying to pressure customers into hiding their experiences. Making support conditional on removing a review crosses the line into unfair practice.
Would advise anyone to steer clear of this company as having to remove negative reviews to get what you are fairly due is out of order!

We bought one of the TV Beds for our daughter and it is wonderful! Superb quality and exactly as described. The bed arrived on time and without any damage - not even a scratch. The material and quality by far exceeded our expectations and we managed to assemble it within 2 hours. We purchased our own TV and mattress for it elsewhere, but their advice on the listings were very helpful and it all fitted perfectly. It really does look like a £2500+ bed for just a fraction of the price. We now compare it to the one we saw in Dreams and this one from TV Beds is much better. If you are in any doubt, go for it - you won’t regret it!
