Good service, dated site
Good service, had just the part I needed at a great price. Colour wasn't specified but didn't match the picture.
Big red flag is that they emailed me an order status link containing my password in cleartext, which tells me that they don't store them properly encrypted. Do not reuse a password here that you also use elsewhere.

No communication
Made a small order for a single cable. Money taken but did not arrive. Emailed them 10 days later to check if posted. No reply but received refund a few days later with no explanation. Waste of time.

The reason you got a refund and no item was because you were uncontactable, there is nothing we can do if you make yourself uncontactable except refund it, this order was placed 6 months ago.
Looking at the history we tried to email you but your email account rejected everything we sent to it, in the end we were left no choice but to refund it. The emails we tried to send you said:-
"Hi John
Sorry for the delay, the ordered item is out of stock and we are unsure if/when new stocks of this item will arrive. We do have an adapter cable in stock but not sure if this will be of any use for you ref: HDMINIDP-HDMI

In the end we had no choice but to refund you and on the refund we wrote you a message as well which you must have received unless your mailbox was also rejecting Paypal emails, if you check your Paypal refund you will find the below message attached to it:-
"We tried to contact you about your order but your email account rejects everything and bounces it, the item you ordered is out of stock there is a shorter adapter version of the cable if that would be suitable but the 3m is out of stock. Regards"

Ordered 2 HDMI leads from them for next day delivery & they were delivered as stated. No problem.
