I bought two of them and Its a piece of junk! Don't waist your money!
I never could get the thing to work and I had to subscribe to a screen casting app that cost me another $11.22 for nothing. Definitely a rip off. I hope I can get my refund when I send them back which I have to pay to return it too!

Since I received the this product I haven’t gotten it to work, no support, nada. I’ve tried trouble shooting it, and I’m pretty good at this but nothing worked. I’m not looking for a refund, I just want the thing to work!

Another scam advert showing up on YouTube. Just for fun, I decided to click on the link, then scrolled to the contact page. The "company" address is a Burger Restaurant on the parking lot of a shopping center in New Jersey.... Be smart, don't fall for any of these shaddy commercials!

I purchased 2 TVFix units, and lifetime warranty since I was moving to an area where cable wasn’t available. TVFix didn’t work at all on either of my Samsung TVs. It was a pain to return them. You must pay for return shipping, you are required to track delivery of return, and once delivered you must call back to get your refund. I was given free shipping when I purchased them, but when the rep credited my account he deducted $9.85 from my refund for the original shipping! I had my online account pulled up during the refund process I told him he keyed in the wrong amount. He said he deducted the original shipping charge. I told him I got free shipping at the time of purchase, I paid $9.65 to ship them back, and he was shorting my refund for their initial shipping? He said he was required to. I asked to speak to supervisor. I got the same song and dance. I am more fortunate than most who got no refund at all. DO NOT buy this product. It’s nothing more than a crappy piece of plastic that does absolutely nothing!

DO NOT PURCHASE FREE APS CAN DO THE SAME WITH YOUR DEVICE
I purchased these PIECES of crap, It took forever for them to be delivered, once they where delivered I was away out of the country I returned home tried them out, didn't like them now I can't return them because it's over 60 days. If they would of arrived in a timely fashion I could have tried them out before leaving the country and could have returned them in a timely fashion. Explained the situation to the company but they don't want care and won't take responsibility for the late delivery. Again don't purchase free Aps can Mirror your device to your TV no need for silly little devices.

Does not work. Never could get it to pair with my WiFi. And don't use the excuse about a WiFi booster because I have one. I will turn this over to my financial institution and the authorities. The chinese invasion.

I honestly don't know why anyone wouldn't like it. I already have a Netflix account and so it totally works for me!! I don't have wifi and so I use my phone to cast using "Smart View" and play my shows off my phone onto the TV using my Netflix account. It's great!! Its like using Roku but better to me!! I absolutely love this FixTV!!!! Thank you!! Have a blessed day!

Complete ripoff. See your State Attorney Generals office for details, they are a sham everywhere

I’m glad I found this site I had so many unanswered questions how can anyone get paid channels from apps and why would you need this if you’re tv already has these apps you would still have to pay for sports and premium channels. These people have been scamming people going on 3 years now and still getting away with it, thank you for this site so I didn’t fall victim, sorry for the people that got scammed on here

Rang phone number spoke to woman who sounded Chinese has difficulty understanding her but eventually got through to her I wanted to return for a full refund. Totally disgusted at whole business .

Purchesed two (2) TV fix device's could not get either one to work complete garbage. So disappointing and reading the reviews I don't think I would get a refund anyway so I just took that money and threw it out the window. I hope the company that has TVfix is really satisfied at all these negative reviews. I quess they never read these reviews anyway. They wouldnt help people they have ripped off. Do not buy anything from this company. The phone number they have on file does not even work. Another Chinese Based company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ITS A SCAM. IT DOES NOT WORK.

I was told after I returned the products I would get a refund. At my expense I returned everything I was shipped. The still refuse to return my money even though they admit they received the merchandise. They claimed I still have an open return of funds from Amex which I did however I cancelled that at their insistance. I sent them a copy of the letter from Amex claiming I cancelled my request and they are rebilling me. They are nothing shorty of scam artists. I cannot believe for $98.93 they jeopardize their reputation.

bought 2 of these useless aerials for £69.98 and was charged an extra £125.97 with no explanation. They then took £59.99 per month for 6 months stating I signed up to a membership monthly subscription. This monthly payment was supposedly for monthly offers of everyday products with up to 80% off retail price. I never received any emails of any deals. My bank refunded 4 X £59.99 after I contacted their fraud department. Since then they continue to try and get the refunds back from the bank. i have had to change my credit card to stop them charging me. They continue trading and scamming people WHY IS THE LAW NOT STOPPING THEM AND CHARGING THEM WITH FRAUD.

Does not work. Connect alright to the TV, but don´t appear on my phone or ipad.

BOUGHT 1 NOV27 2929 AFTEREADING ABOUT IT TRIED TO CANCEL IT.AFTER NUMEROUS CALL TELLING THEM MY ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT DE 19 2020.KEPT TELLING THEM TO CANCEL.IAM EXPECTING A CREDIT ON MY GREDIT CARD NEVER GOT ANYTHING YET.I BET I DONT GET A REFUND.NEVER EVEN GOT THE PRODUCT.

I hitched the tv fix per instructions and terrible reception through my phone to tv. I spent to much time to make it work according to what it advertised. I called them and wanted to return and the person I spoke with was rude and seemed annoyed, so he gave me a hard time and almost told me good luck trying to return it. He offered me 10 dollars off and I took it because I was scamed and I knew it. This is not fair,

0 stars actually worse company around!! I sent my TVfix caster back.. I can cast from my phone why buy something that I already own to do the same with. They fasly advertise what this pos does. I have emailed them to send it back, got the run around and never talked to the same person. I sent it back and I know they received it. Still no refund and it's been long enough I will talk to every one I know to make sure they don't order a waste of money like this so called amazing TV fix. It's a joke and don't work any how . I emailed them again today and got a joke of an email. Asking me to send them same stuff I already did.

Will not work with a flip phone like Jitter Bug, or at&t.
I ordered 2 and when they did not work I contacted the company. Was told to send back but they never refunded Money. I have postal proof that they got them back. THIS IS A COMPLET SCAM. WILL NOT REFUND MOMEY AND ON SERVICE IS BAD NO ANSWER FROM 2ND EMAIL SENT TO THEM WITH PROOF THAT I SENT BACK

Anyone else having a problem with this company after purchasing from them? I read an ad that led me to buy 2 TvFix Caster from them based on the information in the ad. The ad described the product in a way that you would think it would pick up streaming shows and your local stations without you having cable service. It did not mention that all it does is mirror what you are watching on another tv or computer or phone. In fact the ad was false advertising selling something that does not do what the ad said it would. I notice now that they have changed the ad so that it mentions you have to hook it up to wify and then it only mirrors something you are already watching and then it only serves to send same thing you are looking at on one screen so that it appears on a tv. That is not what I want and that is not what the ad I bought from said it would do. I have corresponded back and forth with the company via 15 emails total with the company back and forth in an effort to get refund for my purchase of two tvfix plus the warranty. They continually ignored the request for refund until I told them I will be contacting others customers that had this same problem and see if they are interested in filing a class action suit. In their next and last reply to me they told me I could send the product back to them at my expense and I could get a refund. However I have read several reviews from customers who say they returned their unit and still never received a refund. Since buying it and having my problem I have done a more in depth search for reviews and I see that hundreds of people have tried to return for refunds and just get a hassle and no refund. I think that if enough of us that have been scammed by this company join in together and and get an attorney to file a class action suit is the only way we can stop this company from scamming others. As long as they can operate like that there is no consequence or penalty for their scamming. The ad which I bought from was on Facebook. I will be cross posting this on Facebook and anyone interested in joining in a class action suit can contact me there and we can discuss how to get with an attorney and file it. Scammers need to be stopped.
