No service at all but money taken

Simply said, very big disappointment and absolutely unprofessional contact with customers. The money for window cleaning were transferred to Karsten, owner of the company in September 2020, but the work was not done at all. I got in contact with him, sent all pictures with profs of dirty windows which had to be cleaned. He answered on the telephone, but then simply disappeared. Yes, no answer to the emails or telephone by now, in November.
