Scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Placed an order, took my money, but never received order. No communications whatsoever. They do not reply to emails, no phone number to contact them. Absolute rip off. And people wonder why Amazon get all the business!
Ordered man vs bee on 8/11/22 took £10 and £3.95 postage. Got receipt same day. Looked at tracking, always says processing.
Mailed asking what happening on 17/11 and 19/11 no answer.
No chat service working with them.
No Facebook page or LinkedIn, page don’t recognize them.

Prompt delivery but damaged goods due to paper DVD paper envelope. Once opened the case damaged in several places. Messaged company via website twice to ask about return or refund but still no reply. Unable to find telephone or email addresss. Has anyone managed to contact TVVault?
Ordered all 3 series of Ricky Gervais After Life for a present for my partner who is deaf so an important part of a DVD for her is the Subtitles unfortunately they are non existant on the copies provided by this company. When contacted querying the lack of subtitles the reply was less than satisfactory saying

I ordered Ricky Gervais 'Afterlife' series 1 & 2. I created an account, the order processed quickly and was delivered quickly. Brand new and sealed. Very good price, £10 each. Just under £4 postage. I haven't as yet opened them, but all looks good. Other than this website, I couldn't find it anywhere on DVD. I wanted the DVD rather than stream on Netflix.
I will use again for any non recent DVDs I may wish to buy.
