Avoid at all costs

Shockingly bad. They had a mobility car in for a week, leaving the customer without transport, and failed to fix the actual issue that had been explained to them in great detail, twice! The staff are rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Never ever use this place, just awful.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, arrogant, rude and not at all helpful when I had an issue with my service plan. Instead I went to Sumnit garage who sorted the issue within 10 minutes. Would never go to TWall again

My Dad has been a Motability customer of Simon Green's for decades and he always gives exceptional service - nothing is too much trouble for him. Excellent service department too with easy to arrange collection and delivery when the service is due. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all. Had 2 focus of them 2019 and 2024, both knackered and not up to standard, service manager is not helpful and all they want is you’re money, taken me 6 weeks to get my money back as sales manager ( Paul Simmons ) find excuses
Go elsewhere guys, not worth the hassle worst experience I’ve ever had and I will tell everyone to avoid these at all costs, since found out I’m not the only one who has been ripped off.
Sam Box - business manager great when you are sending money, soon as you have issues will blank your emails and blank you in the store, not interested once the money is in the bank

Awful Car Stealership

Brought a used car in May 2025, MOT'd until Jan 2026. Was told it had been serviced and given a health check with a repair to the exhaust. Took back for MOT yesterday to be told exhaust gas leaking and arm bushes need replacing at a cost of over £1000!!! Less than a year since I purchased l, who did the health check? Stevie Wonder?

Don’t buy from T Wall

Brought my Husbands car last November, supposed to be fully serviced and mot. 3 months later had to pay £800 because the brakes pad Ect was gone. Was told it couldn’t have had a service. Thought it was probably a one off, so I brought a car from there in March. Sales man Richard sold us both cars, I picked it up and noticed a noise when I went over bumps, went back to TWall Richard drove it and kept saying he couldn’t hear anything. When the noise did happen he said it was normal. I knew it wasn’t, he got one of the mechanics,to sit in with me. He said straight away get it booked back in, as it was in the months warranty I wouldn’t have to pay. I took it in to be fixed. When I picked it up the noise was still there. Got it booked back in again and they told me after they had it a few hours they think the noise is normal and would charge me £600 to have a good look at it.Absolutely disgusting customer service from them, didn’t care they had sold me a car with a problem, Richard scurried off when ever I went in, please don’t get a car from here, that’s 2 cars we’ve been sold that have problems. Worst decision we’ve made.

An awful car

I purchased a second hand car from T Wall Kingswinford and regret it 100%.
After a week i found myself sat in my wheelchair in the multi storey car park at merry hill it has broken down. The garage came out to jump started it and it was kept a couple of days and a new battery had to be fitted. Approximately 2 weeks later the media unit broke so I lost sat nav, bluetooth and the radio. It took around a month to be booked in and get fixed. I was with put my car for a week so had to catch ubers, as I cannot get on a.bus very easily with my disability.
Whilst the car was in a report was issued showing the alternator belt needed replacing and there was an oil leak from the gear box. They replaced the belt after a few emails passing back and forth; and miraculously the oil leak no longer exists!
It also has a wing mirror which i pointed out at time of purchasing, and when the battery failed again i raised it and again during this visit but I have been told they have spent enough on my car now and have ignored me. I did say it is not my fault the car has so many things wrong with it. I do wonder if they have a very high standard now.
When i collected my car after the media unit was replaced it had chips all over the window screen and Roy from T Wall rudely told my partner it was not their problem.
I liaised with my insurance and a local window screen specialist that repairs chips and replaces window screens and I have been advised that due to the one big chip being in the main part of the screen where a driver looks to drive, it will probably fail the MOT. When I told T Wall this they said they don't know what they are talking about.
The customer service here is appalling. They are rude, you have to constantly chase them and often they ignore you.
I know their are several garages around in this group under Worcester Sales, I would not buy from here or one of their other garages. So if you live in Kingswinford or surrounding areas you will have to look further afield to purchase a good trustworthy second hand car in my opinion.
My dad had a car from here a few years ago and he had trouble then and my partner has purchased 2 cars from here in the last 3 years and they both had a lot of things that needed repairing too.
So think twice before parting with your money because once they have it off you they don't care about you or your car.

Selling good after sales/warranty very poor.

Bought a Corsa in March and in fairness the salesman was very good and helpful. Obviously he tried to sell the add-ons, extended warranty, protection for paintwork and the seats etc. Turns out the best thing we did was to not buy any warranties and protections as it appears they’re not worth the paper they’re printed on. Much like other reviews I feel enormously disappointed by their response to a problem with the windscreen washer. It feels like they are using the £150 cost of doing a diagnostic test as a means of scaring us off trying to get a repair through the warranty.

It’s a sad way to end our experience of being a customer.

18 years old and first purchase of a car

My 18 year old son went to t wall to look at a car he had seen on their website.
The car he wanted to view wasn’t at the Kingswinford site, but luckily saw a car that had just arrived which he really liked. My son was told it had literally just come into the dealership and was waiting preparation. My son didn’t mind and took a look around the car.
He instantly fell in love with the Ford fiesta 70 plate not even priced. So we got talking to Rob, cut a long story short, my son ended up getting a finance quote and being accepted. Deposit paid and was told ready for collection Sat. 5 days after purchase.
Wednesday my son got a call to say car would not be ready until Saturday (1 week after original collection date) due to curbing on alloys. Garage insisted on these being done before collection, which was fine. Who doesn’t like freshly coated alloys.
So then my son was told collection Thursday (nearly two weeks after original collection date) At this me and my son went up to the garage to be told it’s still with the alloy place. So we went to check to see where the car was, to be told we only had the 2days ago.
In the end the garage delivered the car on the Thursday. Happy son for three months until the gear box goes …
He was told it’s up to a 6 week wait to get the car in to be looked at. After my husband ringing up and specking to the manager Paul Simmons he managed to get the car in straight away.
Then my son was told the part of the gear box may not be covered by RAC warranty and he would liable for £3.5k. Again after a conversations between the manager/garage and my husband, the car is now fixed all under warranty. Happy son again.
We feel the garage was trying to take advantage of an 18 year old. We felt he got treated differently because of his age.

Very Poor Customer Service.

Car (Ford) booked in a while now for a recall. My daughter arrived at 8:45 ready for a 9am appointment and had a call as she was unloading her 1year old from the car at 8:47 to say parts not available ? As I had called to book the car in for her weeks ago I called to complain and was told they only had the paperwork come through this morning stating they needed to cancel ? They gave no notice of this cancellation prior to her arrival. I contacted customer service for the complaint process and was told to raise firstly with the dealership which I did and was told the service manager would call me back. He hasn’t called and to be fair they didn’t seem bothered at all when I spoke to them about it. Certainly after this recall I won’t use them again and certainly would put me off buying a car if their customer service is this bad. They will I am sure reply to this review with some excuses to justify today but honestly very poor service and no call back makes it worse.
