Thank you for your feedback. It's disappointing to receive a 1* Review so we have taken a look at this situation. We were closed over Easter so your order placed after 10pm on Thursday 2nd April, only left us on Tuesday 7th April after our Warehouse we re-opened after the Easter break. I believe this reached you a few days later as a Return was then requested and authorised. We see this has been processed an your refund was also issued.
We hope this helps to understand the delay attached to your delivery.

Your order was placed on Weds 1st April and the goods left us on Thursday 2nd. Delivery was made after the Easter break on Tuesday 7th April.
