Just want my refund for a defective item.

Ordered a close to $400 feather dress to receive a defective item which I reached out to customer service about in the first hour of delivery . Explained issues such a feathers falling off from just touching the dress and patches of bald spots missing from the dress . Also along with top of dress the feathers even appeared matted . This is documented in my email thread with customer service who explained this was not a defect and was in fact normal due to the natural feathers. After fighting to get a label to Return item ( which cost $50 out of my refund) I was told my return was rejected due to it being worn. The reasons listed were the exact same reasons I originally complained about . I will never do business with this company again. Beware of the scam if you buy something you will not be able to return even if the item is faulty.
