Very bad experience

Had a very bad experience. I wanted a second way to connect to my stuff, didn't even get that sorted out yet and am getting frustrated over all the stupid stuff ranging from bugs to straight up "pay us" pop ups covering other buttons.
Started by going to the pricing page. Okay, they have a free started plan, I clicked on get started, went through the sign up process, every time I opened a webpage on mobile, their stupid chatbot got into my face, okay, closed it, then I noticed a notice at the bottom of the page saying I need to add a billing method, so I opened the billing page, also painful to use the weird dropdown, somehow was buggy for me. I noticed it actually instead of the starter plan selected a stupid 14-day trial for their business plan, I wanted to downgrade to Starter, it's free, so I expected it to just be a switch, of course, they wanted my billing info, so infuriated at this point, I filled it with trash and an empty prepaid card. It worked. Now I get bothered with a stupid "ready to switch to the business plan?" pop up at the top of the page and if I didn't have adblock, I wouldn't be able to close the stupid chatbot because of the unclosable popup as it covered the cross to close it. All of this was on mobile. Overall a very bad experience and I didn't even setup any actual network yet, this stupidly bad process has taken about 15 minutes just to sign up and set a plan that should have been selected in the first place. Awful experience. update: after setting up a network, it actually works pretty good, however, it seems DNS requests now take about 15-30 seconds.
