Great shop, great service, even if delivery takes a bit
I ordered pair of winter shoes for a great end of November from the online shop, which is located in the Netherlands.
There was no automatic order confirmation via email, but I soon realized that I could monitor the progress on my customer account page.
They process internet orders from Tuesday to Friday, so don’t worry if it takes a moment until yours gets processed. I asked a question via email and the answer came quite quick.
My order arrived in Germany a week after ordering. The product is great as expected, the given size information was very helpful.
All over all I had very good customer experience and I can recommend two seasons.de or two seasons.nl

Terrible customer service, Costly and complicated
Terrible customer service, I believe I got Fake product. Sending back is ever complicated, costly and frustrating.(you have to send back to Nederland) Avoid Idealo and Twinseason all together. Never Again .🛑❌

Sehr kompliziert zurück nach Niederlanden zurück schiken(da wo Hauptsitz ist).
Sehr teuer und glaube die ware war auch keine echten. Also idealo und twinseason genau gleich schlecht.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! They have no hesitation to send out opened, damaged or dirty wares as new. And good luck getting them to accept returns -- they just go silent (see the other unhappy reviews, same thing). It's a bad sign when they offer to "reward" you for a review (how many of the positive ones were purchased that way?). Check your received items extremely carefully. Or just spend a couple more euros and order from a serious seller. I wish I had.

Needed the item at the promised…
Needed the item at the promised delivery date.
Only a day after ordering it seemed that promise was not an option. Their mistake. But they make their customers pay for a broken promise.
....
Their answer is WRONG. Next day delivery was stated on idealo.de.
I never received it. I went on my trip the day after the promised delivery and I really needed the items. Then I tried to use the return procedure on their website but they charge for returning a delayed delivery
I then returned it back through DHL (by not accepting the delivery on the Dhl app before delivery). Dhl says that Twinseasons received it today, 1st July. Twinseasons says I received it which is another wrong statement.
I will now open a case on Paypal.

We are sorry the package took longer then you expected. But we don't promise a delivery date with orders on our website. We don't do this for the simple reason that we have to rely on partners like DHL. And we ship from the Netherlands. As you can see on our website that we are a Dutch company.
We only tell you when we will ship the product as stated on the website. We ship to al of Europe. And packages take longer to addresses outside The Netherlands. Germany is usually 2 -3 business days.
The product that you ordered states that we will ship your order within 1 business day. You have ordered on wednesday 26 of june after 19.00. We have shipped your parcel the next day on the Thursday 27th of june. You have received your parcel on monday the 1st of july. So your order has been delivered on the 3rd business day.
We hope to see you again. But next time if you want a indication of delivery date please send us an e-mail or give us a call. We will try to inform you as best as we can. Seeing that the information on our website wasn't clear enough for you.
Update: We are not Idealo.de. Information on any other website is not mainteined by us. We are responsible for our own website. You placed the order on our website. The delivery information is displayed under the buy button. If the product is returned you will get a full refund.
Also a small tip from us as a store. You can never rely on Internet deliveries. More then 10% of all the orders gets delayed. If you really need a product the next day and you don't want to risk it. We advice you to support your local store and buy the product there.

Sie haben sich für den Versand nach Deutschland entschieden und importieren das Produkt selbst in die Schweiz. Ich rate Ihnen, beim nächsten Mal besser vor der Bestellung zu fragen, ob ein Unternehmen die Rückerstattung der Mehrwertsteuer unterstützt.
Item not on stock, no communication
I ordered two items, both were labelled as on stock and dispatch should happen within one day. Nothing happened, so I asked for an explanation for the delay and I was told that one item was not on stock and that they needed to order it externally. No excuse, but 4 days delay. Last time I ordered here.
