I used to love Twitter

I used to love Twitter, but ever since the change over to X, the platform feels much more negative and buggy. I've reported numerous tweets that clearly violate their terms and conditions, and they do nothing, or take weeks to action them. A sad fall from grace.

Unreasonable account blocking and failure to respond to more than hundreds of requests to unblock the account

three months ago, for no reason and all of a sudden, they blocked my account, which was connected to my Twitter account in airdrops and various projects. All my plans and goals were overshadowed by this incident. I wanted to make my voice heard to the people of the world that Twitter is a shameful virtual network that behaves cruelly while it has already made many projects and companies dependent on it. Shame on the entire Twitter team (x.com)

Awful customer service

Got an email to say my account was locked because i had violated twitters rules I appealed it Got another message to say they had made a mistake and my account was unlocked but its not Contacted Elon Musk who said i would have to pay $250 What a crap service Now i have been told i have to pay to restore my account which i will not do as it was X’s fault which they have admitted They are crap

I have purchased one plus nikband on 17th December 2024 and my Bluetooth problem is that the battery is not charging so I have submitted it to one plus carr maharashtra in solaur jain telicom and my Bluetooth sound is coming clear but it has been rejected as Bluetooth physical damage and the warranty condition of our one plus company is third class 7720041189

Locked account, deleted email hell!!!

CAUTION!
I've been locked out of my account by the automated 'prove you're identity'. Unfortunately i no longer have access to the email address, so im at a complete deadlock with the account!! it means that the profile will still be on there for possibly ever.

Twitter doesn't state this when signing up for an account, so be careful, especially when posting content you eventually want to delete! shocking

absolute garbage. Musk has ruined the app. you verify your age and then it doesn't work anymore. This seems just like a ploy for the US to get EVRYONE in the worlds pictures and information legally. DO NOT SEND THEM PICTURES. Just stop using the site and it will go away.

Not what it used to be

Recently I started to use Twitter again after 2009. In the first couple of days of being active I got locked out. After finishing their crazy complex captcha couple days later they put a 3 day restriction limit for posting or any other social interaction. All I did was follow my favorite topics, repost and like.

To mention, in my first days I encountered more bot and toxic scammer random messages than I could imagine, reporting them makes no difference, I see them still there days later, living and thriving there. I learned not to follow back anyone the hard way. Most toxic platform in my experience so far.

Twitter is a horrible place.

I'm disgusted by what Twitter has become. When I first downloaded the app, all I saw were racist, misogynistic, and homophobic posts from even verified accounts. Even worse is how these posts get so many views, likes, and shares, and the horrible comments underneath these posts. This App gives horrible people a platform to share hate speech. And I wish I could give 0 stars.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT TOXIC SOCIAL MEDIA

If you’re dealing with harassment or poor customer service on Twitter and your account is unfairly locked or suspended without resolution, keep a record of all communications. Even if X has a "no-refund" policy, remember you are still entitled to support, especially if you’ve paid for a Premium account. File a complaint with consumer protection agencies and consider a chargeback through your payment provider. Take it public on social media, companies often respond faster when issues are visible. Consumers are protected by law, and Twitter must be held accountable for failing to deliver the promised support and service.

Twitter was never good.

This platform had its issues from the very beginning it was available to the open public, and it only got worse over time. Bullies, trolls, extreme political views, and every other toxic behavior is the norm here and those working on this site don't seem to do enough.

I see no reason to ever come back or make a new account. The experience is just bad overall.
