Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Necklace broke in month 7 having only been worn a handful of times and NO compensation given! Could not believe it. Recommend shopping for jewellery at Monica Vinader or similar where warranties are 5+ years, not the daylight robbery experience at Twojeys.

1 year warranty displayed on website is false. It’s actually up to 6 months they’ll consider it, then month 6-12 they’ll give you a minor discount on their website, which is a bit of a slap in the face isn’t it. Trying to fleece more money out of unhappy customers!

Separately, lovely product (when it’s not broken) and lovely in-store experience. Just totally let down by awful customer service.

Manufacturing defects usually occur during the first month, we considered with our product team that your case would have been caused by misuse of the product. Therefore we offered a partial refund of the value of the necklace in a Gift Card.

Bought melted star necklace + icon yin yang necklace and garden bracelet which are way more expensive things. Necklaces just darkened crazy after 6-7 uses. Like 5$ necklace but price on website which is like 142$. As for the bracelet, it broke suddenly after 5 days use. I send them like 5 mail 5 dm also comment their post. They just do not care. Such a Shame

I ordered a ring, cleaning kit, and a keychain for my boyfriend’s birthday and I kept checking for shipping updates but my order still didn’t ship, so I contacted them via email a day later and they replied two days after saying that the keychain was out of stock and offered me alternatives, so I asked for one of the alternatives which is to refund the keychain amount and ship my order. It’s been 4 days and no reply even though I’ve contacted them from 3 different emails to try and get a reply. My boyfriend’s birthday is so close now and I have no hope in giving him the gift on his special day anymore. Truly disappointed. Ship my order now.

Dissapointing ring quality and customer attention support

Bought the Aim for the moon ring a bit less than a year ago and the shape of the ring has deformed so much that I struggle to even put it on. I emailed custom support asking for a new one or a refund and they did not help me (even being inside of the 1 year warranty period). They said 'if it had been a manufacturing problem, it would have occurred at the beginning of the year, not now' which makes absolute no sense. I took good care of it and didn't use it in any unadvised situations.
So overall I can say it's a very dissapointing experience. The merchandise quality does not match their product's quaity and their customer attention support is a waste of your time!!!!

/EDIT (response to the reply):
1st: As I assured before, the ring was only used with care (I can strongly disagree with your 'expert product team', it was not misused at all)

2nd: When I contacted you to get a replacement/refund I was ver much so inside the 1 year warranty. I have screenshots to prove it but can not add them here with the editting option (so do not lie pls)

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED OF LIBERTY RING

One of the rings I bought, called LIBERTY is made of super thin material and now it is broken, with less than 3 months of use. The low quality of the materials has disappointed me, because I gave it to my son as a present and he was very exited about having something from your brand. Your merchandise quality does not match the price of it !!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Poor quality

Poor quality. Silver coating wears off after a few months, especially when worn often. Would buy a real silver ring instead that you don't have to take off when showering etc.

the quality doesn't worth the price…

the quality doesn't worth the price (compared with all other brand i have.) And I complaint to them via email which has no effect, so I comment on their instagram, they just keep deleting my comments and others as well.

cupid necklace

got the twojeys cupid silver necklace a year ago, its actually rlly good. i never take it off.. i sweat, i swim, i shower and it goes with everything i wear. it does have a little con though, its brass and it itches a little but overall i rlly couldnt be bothered by it ill still wear it everyday. hoping they release a 925 version of the cupid !!!

No Delivery

I haven't received my product for about 2 months. When I ask, they make an excuse, but there is no improvement. Instead of dealing with orders, they release new products, it's like a joke. If you are going to buy it, you have to wait forever ( I don‘t know when they want to ship my products). Even somethings I ordered from China arrived but they haven't even sent my package yet.
