The men were 2 hours late due to staff shortages and the cost was very high to what the quote was- no reduction of the cost due to the men being late.

Moving Made Straightforward
The team members who helped book my move were polite, professional, accomodating and helpful.
The team who assisted on the day were also professional, friendly and hard working.
The team helped pack and move the items. While they needed to dissesemble the bed for transport they reassembed it at the destination.
Everything went just as smoothly as I could have hoped. It made the moving process very straightforward.

Booking and Paying was easy
Booking and Paying was easy. The Driver is obviously a master at Tetris. Everything arrived safely.
Although I had sent you photos of what need to be moved the team was obviously unprepared for the items they had to move.
They had only a tiny Dolly, No Ramp & No Ropes to assist them with lifting.
Two of the cabinets are now damaged along their base where the have obviously been dragged over something hard.
