Very pleased with my first order. Great prices, fast delivery, safe packaging and even some samples in the box.

Very good range and prices. I had an order which wasn't delivered and Lee was super helpful.

I cannot rate Two Wombats highly enough, if I could give more stars I would.

Only my second order and the product and variety is really good with some fantastic offers to test different brands and flavours.

Unfortunately the courier let down my last delivery, which left me without my purchase.

Lee responded very quickly when notified and was happy to replace what I ordered which I received safe and sound in a couple of days.

Lee also took the trouble to email me to check I had received my order as he had been keeping an eye on its delivery.

Fantastic service from start to finish and Lee is truly understands the meaning of customer service and is a credit to the company,

If you haven't tried them yet, 100% do.

Fantastic experience, you never really know what a company is like until something goes wrong. I ordered the wrong pouches (my fault). I emailed customer services and Lee sorted out a free collection and replacement. Couldn’t have been sorted out quicker. Thanks

Great customer service. Good prices. Will use again

First order from the company and will not be the last. I wasn’t paying attention and messed up the delivery address. After my initial email the following morning the customer service has been first class. Lee got straight back to me to tell me it will be sorted, then followed it up today when Royal Mail confirmed delivery to make sure I had received. These wee things make all the difference and the follow up wasn’t needed at all but shows a great level of customer service! It was really appreciated, given it was all from my mistake.

Thought it was a scam since I bought them off a facebook advert 3 cans for 99p each with two little free extra baggies of pouches was an insane offer it was worth it to lose the £3 and £3 postage... Pleasantly surprised when they turned up 3 days later!! Definitely recommend two wombats!
Tracking info for such a cheap price is also brilliant I've had £100 parcels delivered through no tracking info before so for £3 postage was also a nice surprise. Hopefully this is my avenue to quit vaping after I wuit smoking 4 months ago. Lets go two wombats

The customer service of this place is top notch. Super fast and understandable responses. I had an issue with the delivery of my parcel and a new one was sent out within a few hours to be delivered the next day.

Their prices are also great and their selection of low-strength 99p pouches is better than I’ve seen on any other other site.

Two Wombats are an exceptional company and it's such a pleasure not only buying my beloved nicotine pouches from them but also dealing with their customer services representatives! Lee, who has assisted me on numerous occasions is down to earth, friendly and extremely eager to help. Twice now I have made an error with my order, and without hesitation Lee sent me a return labels and exchanged my items free of charge for me. Two Wombats genuinely care for their customers and want their customers to receive the best possible experience. I do't say this lightly, but in my opinion Two Wombats is genuinely the best company and customer service I have ever received and to me there is no other company that quenches my nicotine pouch thirst as well as Two Wombats do! Great experience my order got delivered to the wrong house and Lee contacted me straight away and got it sorted by sending me a replacement witch came straight away, would definitely recommend this company and will be ordering from here again
