Good APIs, Good Service. I have been very impressed by txtNation. Have used other Bulk SMS providers and API's in the past and I have to say that txtNation's platform is extremely easy to use and has helped us by adding value to our services.

We have recently introduced SMS marketing to reach our established customers who have not responded well to email, phone. It has resulted in more customers and business opportunities as they call right back. It works, thank you txtNation.

Woke up one Sunday morning to a txt saying i had subscribed to wapwappy? And they would be taking £4.50 per month from my phone bill.
After googling this company and finding a lot of other people had the same, i contacted my phone provider. Seems anybody can demand money and nothing you can do. No security in place to confirm it is you, or any code to enter just a text message saying subscribed.

I contacted 3 phone provider and advised to contact the company, who after googling turns out to be txtnation, after trying for 3 days to phone them, and no reply to the email, (even 3 tried to phone them on my behalf with no success) I was advised to contact another company who deal in these things .
2 months later i get a paypal ( how they got my paypal address is another security matter) and refunded, less the papal fees and 2 weeks of my time and stress reporting and email details about this.
The paypal payment was from txtnation, no message, no email, nothing with the payment, which is why I googled them to find out who they were.

Seems to be the company behind the subscription service.

They do not reply to emails and their phone line is answer phone only.
This post is edited due to trust pilot removing the original one as txtnation complained about my honest review and stress they caused me.
Feel free to google the company for more information, as a lot of people feel the same.

update...... I notice they reply quickly to these reviews, shame they do not answer the phone or emails, all my comments are the truth and I can supply case numbers if required.

Really great service Never lets us down, great website and easy to integrate with for our Bulk SMS.

This service has made life easier for the work we do. Having one account holder who sends bulk sms and being able to schedule the messages are just some of the things which make it easier.

Very easy to setup and speak to an account manager and transparent pricing.

We have used txtNation for a while now. They did us a great deal and have great products has been efficient which is important in the our industry.

I used txtNation text messaging service and it's really amazing as it did what it says it does a clear and easy use API with good account management. Highly recommended

Behind the texts charging you 4.5£ as a wopwappy subscription is the company txtnation (google them). When contacted this company tries to deny their responsibility claiming they are just a "billing platform". But this is not true as the PSauthority (regulating premium texts) says their licence is used to send the premium texts (To verify search the phone number visible on the text in the PSauthority website)

After being charged 27£ through these premium texts I started the fight to get my money back, it is my (forced) customer experience with txtnation (I would never have wanted to ever deal with this company otherwise)

So when you call the first number and choose the number for refunds you arrive in a call center in India, where the guy asks you for more details about you in order to file a "complaint". But nothing happends. So I had to call another number.

I called the number 01752 273491 (indicated on the google page of the company) and chose option number 2 (business partners number) There I arrived on the txtnation call center, where I was asked again for personal details. I had to call 15 times before I received a partial refund of 9£ out of the 27£ they took from my top up money.

I also registered my complaint with Psauthority, txtnation had their licence for premium text on 14 dec 2016, (information visible on the psauthority).

That is my (forced) experience with txtnation: started receiving texts out of the blue, (I have never subscribed to any service) lost 27£ filed 2 complaints to the police and PSauthority, had to give around 25 calls, refunded 9£ so far.

I `ve been added to some services that i never request,
Was sleeping at 01:00am when i got a message saying thanks for subscribing the service, the phone was not even connected to internet.
I`ve contacted txtnation was told that the company from the service not requested would refund my money, after 50 mails without any answer from txt nation , i still dont have any money back to my paypal.
Very bad service they dont moderate nothing!!

The prices as well as the services are very fair and high quality as well. I worked in the past with many companies such as BWS and I have had a horrible experience. Make yourself a favor and stay away from that company (BWS). Use txtnation instead!
