sizing off and you will struggle to get refund

This company embodies everything wrong with Gen Z influencer clothing "companies". Throw up a bunch of photos that are "aesthetic", with absolutely no regard for proper sizing, customer service, response rates, or quality. I went through the trouble of contacting them for sizing before ordering, I received conflicting information days later -- one email AFTER I ordered the previously suggested size. The item did not match the size chart - by 4 whole inches - for which I was then told I was wearing it wrong (what?) I tried to exchange, was told I would need to go to their Brooklyn warehouse. I tried to return the poorly sized item, was told I would need to pay. Finally I sent it back and waited. Emailed asking for refund and/or exchange, was told they were checking. Emailed again asking, was told they would get back to me. Emailed AGAIN. It's now been a month. Save yourself the work and buy from someplace that isn't self-absorbed and too busy taking matcha selfies to run a business.
