I first came across Tynemouth Coffee, here on Trustpilot, whilst trying to find an alternative to my regular specialty coffee supplier. After perusing their website, I instinctively bought a 1kg bag of Rocket Fuel. I wasn’t disappointed with my choice, the beans lived up to their name.

My only issue, tending to lean to the dark side (roasts), I wasn’t sure what to try next. So I dropped an email explaining my predicament and Paul replied the same day with a couple of suggestions. Following his advice, I ordered a 1kg bag of Black Midden, and wow, this one really hits the spot. Rich, sumptuous, dark... Can’t wait to try the other one.

Only teeny snag is I didn't get a dispatch email so wasn't actually sure when it was on the way (it was dispatched the next day afer ordering though!). But that's just personal preference.

I love the ease of ordering. When I need to go to the roastery Paul and his team are always welcoming.

I’ve never known a company like them. The coffee is fantastic, so tasty, but their customer service… wow, just wow. You put your order in and it can literally appear on your doorstep in the next hour!

Tynemouth Coffee Company have been my go to coffee company for over three years - firstly their coffee is amazing with a good diverse offering, including my favourites Holy Moly and Black Midden, secondly their customer service is amazing - proactive and responsive - and finally they have other great merchandise as well, coffee machines, clothing, mugs, travel cups etc!! Can highly recommend…..
