Valuable platform with room for growth in advanced and future focused training

Typsy is a great and offers a variety of hospitality related courses .

However, even as a Duty Manager, I received only a basic account with a subscription that expires within one year ,for management level roles, this is very limited as a longer and more flexible access would better support continuous development, particularly for managers who are expected to lead and train others.

Some courses feel overly basic and repetitive, providing limited depth for experienced professionals. The platform would benefit from more advanced role specific content, including in depth courses on room revenue, Interviews with top hotel leaders, such as GMs or CEOs, sharing their journey and key lessons to learn. technology tools used in leading hotels worldwide, and how AI can enhance hotel operations in the future

Typsy could further increase its value by focusing on the future of the hospitality industry, such as technology adoption, AI driven guest personalization, and emerging operational trends. Preparing professionals for these developments would make the platform more relevant for experienced hospitality staff and managers.
