Thank you Parker! Excellent service and value. Took my Maserati there for a 4-Wheel alignment. Parker explained the process, reported the alignment issue and explained that only the front needed adjustment, so also saved me money. Excellent service, value and the car now steers much better!

Tyre-Smart is a truly delightful company to deal with. From the moment you arrive, they are welcoming, polite, attentive, cheerful and extremely helpful. There is also a buzz about the place that suggests competence and efficiency. They stock a huge range of tyres and sizes, their prices are much more competitive than most other companies and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and I shall be a customer for life. Sadly for them, I am already 78!

Just had four new Goodyear Asymmetric 6 tyres fitted. Based on previous experience, there was only one place to go - Tyre Smart - even though there are at least five other companies much nearer to me. Tyre Smart did an excellent job, very helpful and professional, competitve pricing. I telephoned beforehand to discuss my requirements and Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, discussed all the options and making sure I chose the right tyres. Car feels like new! they are a family run business which cares about its customers. What more can you ask for?

Had some tyres fitted here from that I purchased black circles. They’re perfectly polite, did the work quickly, and the tyres are on the wheels, and seems balanced, but they do seem to be lacking attention to detail:

- Tyres had pen marks left on them from the what I imagine was the balancing. These should have been cleaned off.
- Glue from the old weights have been left on the wheel and as it’s black it is easily visible on my silver wheels. Much harder for me to remove from the front than it would have been for them.
- I had only cleaned the wheel recently but came out with black hand prints all over them.

May sound like I’m being picky but I look after my car and there’s not really much to fitting a tyre - the only difference between most tyre fitters is the attention to detail.

Been a customer of tyre smart over the years and they are quite possibly the best tyre company out there - had a wheel alignment done today and I was in and out inside 20mins and the car is riding perfect again - nothing is ever too much trouble here - thank you

On my way through Witham, the tyre monitor indicated a lack of pressure in a front tyre.
From the initial telephone contact through to the very satisfactory resolution of the problem I was dealt with in a most professional, friendly & prompt manner.

My husband and I went to Tyre-Smart in Witham for the first time today. We were very impressed. Excellent service. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. They had the tyres we needed in stock. The tyres were very reasonable, and we didn’t have to wait very long for them to be fitted. We will definitely be using Tyre-Smart in future, and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

Alignment done on my mk7.5 VW Golf.
I’m used to places giving me before and after reports and the tracking being a bit better but still mostly red.
They have given me my car back with everything in the green bar one but it’s so close to being green. Excellent service. Perfect waiting room. Kind staff. I will be back in future.

Such great guys to deal with. I rang them after bursting a tyre and they fitted me in immediately and even had exactly the right tyre which we often have to order in to other garages.
Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond just changing my tyre by polishing my damaged door too. Not local to where I live but I would actually travel the one hour journey to go back here!

Booked my SL500 in for 4x B’stone tyres with Ben. All good, competitive pricing and professionally completed with balancing and alignment. These guys do a fantastic job and they all work great as a team. Always busy and no surprise with service like this.

I went to have my tyre pressures checked as I am unable to do it myself. Even though they were very busy, the gentleman I spoke to insisted it was no trouble at all, and did the job there and then. So polite, kind and helpful - as always.

Tyre-smart Writtle……. from a AA patrol man recommendation after a break down I got to tyre smart an even though they was busy I was in an out in 30mins with two brand new tyres.
Amazingly clean an efficient garage….. guys were all super friendly an happy to help.
Will return even though it’s far from my local garage.

These guy completed my BMW wheel alignment after I refused to let Protyre over charge me!

Tyre-Smart saved me £100, and gave good advice regarding my tyre usage and ware.

Great service from the man who made my steering wheel point dead centre after a 4 wheel alignment to Jordan who replaced all four tyres. I travelled 50 miles on the basis of great reviews which were correct.

Lovely people, always super helpful.
Good prices and will give advice without trying to sell you something.
