I ordered 2 tyres from TyreFitDirect for a fitting the next day. I received a processing email & then nothing. I tried contacting them by phone & email but did not receive any reply. I waited until the following morning & still no reply. Very unhappy with this service.

Currently sat at work waiting for them not knowing if they are going to turn up. Booked on Wednesday for Friday fitting and not been contacted, no reply to my emails or phone calls. If they are not coming or cant get the tyres in time the least they could do is get in touch.

WERE competitively priced on the website so ordered to have tyre fitted at home as car was undrivable. When paying the price jumped up as "it's a special BMW only fitment", then also charged 3% CC fee making the tyre more expensive than the local tyre depots who also home fit but needed it doing.

Having paid, the in-stock tyre was suddenly unavailable. The allotted fitting appointment came and went with no sign off the installer. They eventually turned up a day and a half late, no apologies. Not a good experience and they charge extra fees not clear on their site.

Fast efficient service. Never had a problem. Don't buy tyres anywhere else.

Ordered 2 tyres for fitting at home. Good price and great service - will definitely use again!

Ordered 4 Pirellis. They called me to say they were not available and offered an alternate brand, for the same price, which I have never heard of. Read other reviews, this seems to be their way of making money - AVOID!!

Fast and efficient service - Only concern was that the tyres that I ordered were apparently not in stock (so why were they being offered for sale?), I received a phone call offering alternatives at about the same price - I had ordered goodyear but was offered an unknown brand. Managed to get them to reduce the price - so far happy with the tyres performance.

These guys are great! They listened to my predicament, arrived within an hour or so (when many big names were only able to turn out the next day) and fitted and balanced a new tyre in a few minutes. They got me out of a really tricky situation. Five stars is not enough — thanks guys!

I had a puncture and so contacted tyrefitdirect. they came out and fitted a new tyre for me the very next day. i would use them again

Found Dunlop tyres at Tyrefitdirect on very competitive price so ordered pair of tyres but got the call next day that ordered tyre is not available. Next day I ordered another pair of different brand (this time Michelin) and after couple of day and few calls, to know the order status, I was informed the the company has stopped the production of request tyre and instead another variant of Michelin tyre (at much higher cost) is available. I then enquired about the Goodyear (which was again advertised at competitive price) only to know that even this one also not available.
I have now really lost hope of getting any good deal at tyrefitdirect.

I've saved a lot of money, because I had the best quote from this company and I will used again.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. No problems or fuss, had my tyres fitted within 24 hours of ordering.

Its not often that in this day and age you get tip top service and customer care but that is exactly what I received from TyreFitDirect. Bravo!

Used Tyre Fit Direct for the first time a few days ago. They were well priced and very professional. The fitter who came out was polite and was done in 30 minutes.

Used Tyrefitdirect a couple of times, always been quick and well priced. would not hesitate to recommend.

Ordered 4 tyres which they didn't have but did supply 4 others the fitting went ahead on the right day and the correct time ,,,how ever the fitter did scratch 2 alloys on my car .After contacting tyrefitdirect they sent the fitter back who said "I will get the wheels refurbished for you" this seemed a good idea but this left me without a car for 2 days as he took the wheels and left the car on axel stands which also meant I lost 2 days work ,,,,,not convenient at all and lost 2 days pay .
I therefore would not use this service again nor would I recommend it.

I am happy now the wheels are back on the car the job of refurbishment was satisfactory but no compensation for earnings lost all in all it would have been quicker ,cheaper and easier to go to a tyre centre.

Had a puncture late afternoon. Live in a village, so limited choice of local outlets. According to on-line booking (outlets closed for the week-end) would have to wait for four or five days. Decided to try TyreFitDirect - cheaper and booked next working morning. Seemed optimistic to me. Email confirmation received for next morning.
Phone call late in the morning, “Can’t do it”. Arranged for the next day. Turned up and did the job, no problems. Local company doing it cheaper than their own prices!
The sting in the tail? Price charged was higher than price quoted and confirmed in phone call. On website says:
“The price you see on TyreFitDirect is the price you pay for your tyres - There are no hidden extras with tyres from TyreFitDirect”
Charged me 3% credit card fee. Queried, was told “It’s in our terms and conditions”. Conceded should have told me in the phone call. Surcharge may well be in T & C – but I could not find anywhere on website (and I have designed and published websites). No link in confirmation email. Went through the ordering process again from start to finish – no sign of T & C!
Life’s too short to chase relatively small amount – but not too short to include in a review!

I have used Tyre Fit Direct before and I just placed a new order.
The delivery is prompt, my fitting center1 is local, I get good customer service and it comes with the bonus of the cheapest deal on the market.
I would strongly recommend Tyre Fit Direct to anyone who's smart with money.

I have used Tyre Fit Fit Direct many times and they have never failed to impress.
They are always here on time and do a perfect job.
I cant recommend them highly enough.
