Today, I took my wifes car for a replacement tyre.
Quoted by the technician a price of £91.
When it came to pay, the bill was for £109.68.
Checking the receipt I noticed a charge for a tyre valve. I was surprised as the car is fitted with a TPMS valve, I asked if the valve had been removed. The answer was no. I questioned as to why I had been cgarged for a new valve. The answer was, it comes as a package! Yes, it was only £1.50, but, multiply this by the number of vehicle fitted with TPMS being charged for a valve, it is anice little earner.
Just to top it off, as I drove away, the low pressure warning activated on the tyre they had fitted.
Will I use them again. NO

The lads at Tyreman Hull are always so helpful and really take care of me and my vehicle when I go, the prices are the best and would take a lot to beat especially on quality of their tyres and vehicle parts used, they always check my husband's water and oil because he's rubbish at remembering to maintain his car or van, one time he didn't have enough oil in, at reception always greeted by lovely members of staff and again very helpful always look for the best price available, you can tell the lads all get on with each other and it looks like they have a happy work environment

Everything was perfect. The best service I have had from anywhere in the past 20 years. Ordered just after 4 and received delivery just before midday next day. All packed carefully and the top quality products. I doubt they make much profit on the product. I simply cannot give them enough praise or enough stars - they are worth 20 stars.

If I could give zero stars I 100% would. I only went in for tyres changing and I’ve come away with more problems than I went in with. They had scratched all my alloys while taking off the old weights by using a knife to do that and there was no scratches on them at all before going in. While waiting for the tyres one of the workers came to me and said I needed new brakes as they were wearing quite thin, which wasn’t the case they were checked before going into here and you can see on the photos there is plenty left in them. To then be driving along and a loud humming noise started upon inspection I noticed the brake pad had fallen out the calliper because the prong which holds them in wasn’t on the right way round which shouldn’t be the case as they were changed a year ago and not had a problem with my brakes until going into tyremen, after checking my other brake pads I also noticed the prong which holds them in place wasn’t even on the other back brake so that one could have also fallen out at any given time while I’m driving with my 5 year old in the car which could cause an accident. Nobody should have been anywhere near the brakes as I was only having the tyres changed, is it because I’m a woman they wanted to pull a fast one so I could go in and spend more money asif I hadn’t spent enough on the 4 tyres I got from here. 100% Do not recommend this place!!

The staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble x Your car is looked after professionally and quickly x If you need tyres this is the place. They will also check your tyre pressure's no charge x

Tyremen will always be my go to garage, they're honest people, reasonable and better prices on repairs and give a quality service.
Plus, they have free wifi, coffee machine and comfy waiting area. The mechanics always have great banging tunes playing, its a relaxing place to wait whilst my cars getting looked after.

Been coming here for years. Whether it’s a simple puncture, new tyres or wheel problems the service is always the same , really great.
All the staff are very friendly, nice waiting room with tv & free coffee.
Needless to say the prices are very competitive, as is the tyre choice otherwise I & my family wouldn’t have been returning customers for many years .

Excellent product the space saver spare wheel kit. I buy one from tyre men every time I change my car.
Much better than the glue and pump supplied these days to reduce weight.
