Ordered 4 tyres delivered only 3!!!!
Tried to contact pneus online No reply just ignore! Stuck now for 3 days cause of this

Ordered at a very good price. Ordering no problem, delivery in three days by DPD. What's not to like!

A great range of stock, good information about the wheels and tyres available, a very straightforward ordering process, the best price compared to others at the time of my order and fast, tracked delivery of well-packaged wheel/tyre combination. The money off offer at the time of purchase was also appreciated. Well pleased.

Dont waste your time and money with this company. 1 week ago I purchased 4 yokohama tyres £111 each and paid for. While waiting for the delivery, after 3 days I received an email telling the tyres were out of stock. when I checked the web site again the same tyres were on stock but at £155 each. I mentioned this to them and they came up with another excuse mentioning "the tyres they have are old and they cant send them" which I dont believe. Basically they raised the winter tyre prices and didnt deliver what I paid for. after a week they still have my money and not sending any tyres. if you paid £111 the tyres are out of stock, but if you pay £155 they are in stock. what a wonderful company to trust. Another reason not to shop overseas. I hope at least I will have my full refund.

Couldn’t get this tyre anywhere else as it was a new product. It was good that they had it when others didn’t

Total Nightmare.

The Tyre Fitter that I selected from their approved Fitting Partner listing and to whom the tyres were dispatched no longer existed.

They Pneus-online claimed that as the product had been dispatched from the Belgian Warehouse they were unable to change the delivery point or recall the items..

They (Pnues) then gave me the consignment number and told me to contact DPD who is the carrier but they ( DPD ) said it was the responsibility of Pneus to contact them and without Pneus re-directing the tyres nothing could be done.

I copied all the participants in this fiasco into every mailing that had been exchanged..

I do not have any Tyres

Then Pneus have the temerity to ask me to review them.

( The only laugh of the day )

I’ve ordered one week ago 4 tyres, all of them available and as of today two tyres have arrived and other two are stuck, with different tracking numbers, in different locations in Germany.
It’s ridiculous that They don’t get theirs tyres together before shipping and so false promises of delivery times to customers leaving them waiting indefinitely. For sure I won’t install just two or three tyres out of four I’ve paid for.
I don’t understand how this company can afford to ship with so poor express couriers and get customers with just two tyres after one week and no answers and communications whatsoever. Looking forward to talk to someone that could clarify this situation.

Except in an emergency I will always use this company to buy tyres again. Ordered my tyres on the Monday and the first set arrived on the Thursday morning, the second set on Friday morning which when you consider they came from the European mainland, it’s outstanding - actually quicker than my local tyre dealer could manage too. To top it all - even including fitting they were still cheaper than UK equivalent. Superb

Received 1 and 2 Bridgestones 145/80/14
Still waiting for the other 2 Falkens to arrive!!
this is now their reply,

Following our conversation, we have been informed by our warehouse that the Falken FK510 XL in 255/30 R20 92 Y is out of stock at the moment without any foreseeable date for a stock renewal.
In this situation, we will process the refund for the missing tyre as soon as the incorrect tyres are picked-up.
The soonest when the collection can be arranged is Tuesday, the 6th of October.
We are really sorry for this unfortunate situation and we are looking forward to hearing back from you.
