I bought continental tires

I bought continental tires, they wrote on the website that the tires are in stock - the day after purchase and booking I got the information "We are sorry to inform you that the products you ordered on our website and that are listed below are not in stock anymore" and they said that the money which I paid are in the form of credit on the website and they offer me 3 sets of tires 25% more expensive. If I want to recover my funds I have to call the helpline which charges 35 c per minute.
