One star as cant give lower. Do not deal with this company. Customer service is non existent, Ordered 2 x tyres thru Ebay and when box arrived I only recieved 1 TYRE. I contacted them thru ebay with picture showing box with one tyre in to which they repeatedly replied, "Thats a box we send 2 tyres in. I said I have only recieved 1 tyre, you either send me the missing tyre or refund me the amount for the missing tyre which they did neither" so I initiated a return for full refund due to missing items. Tyresonline then initiated only a partial refund so I would effectively have paid £49.90 for nothing. As it was with Ebay I raised a case for full refund which Ebay has granted and for that I thank Ebay for.
I am really disapointed in Tyresonline as I had purchased from them previously without issue but its when things go wrong you find out who are the good and who are the bad. Tyresonline should be avoided at all costs unless you want to loose your money.

Avoid - they took the money on WhatsApp link confirming the tyre availability and then give minutes after said oh tyre has defect can't sell . Waste of time .

Worst experience with Tyresonline. I purchased tyres and after Installation when I drive above 100km/hr Car is vibrating like anything. I raised the warranty claim and they arranged for inspection and Inspection Center declared all tyres are bad quality and Inspection center submitted report to Tyresonline. When I asked for refund, they said we can arrange to replace with same company. I asked the Manufacturer of tyres are not good quality, arrange for any other reputed brane and I will pay difference amount. They refused to refund and Not refunded my money. How anyone can accept the same bad quality tyres as replacement. Tyresonline didn’t pay my money back.
I replaced the tyres by own with another manufacturer and my car has No vibration and very quiet. Once comes to Warranty, Tyresonline raised their hands from responsibility. Be careful while anyone buy tyres fron Tyresonline.

Ordered a set of 4 tyres after confirming availability, fitting center, timeline and so on. After which the payment was done and in the next hour i get a message saying they dont have stock for 2 tyres. After which i requested a refund, which as per their policy would be APPROVED in 24 hours. And after which they ghosted me, with no reply for WhatsApp messages, no customer care contact number, nothing. Only option remaining is raising a formal complaint. This is my experience and i would suggest you to take a lesson from it.

Very bad service, I went to the workshop they did not have the order reference number, then after 2 hours wiating they brought the wrong reference that was entered by the Tyres Online agent ! Now it has been 4 hours that I am speaking to the agent on whatsapp and he is ghosting my messages - knowing that I have paid for the Tyres already. Better try Pitstop Arabia they are way more professional

Only leaving one star, because there's no option to leave less. A total rip off merchant. I had to send four tyres back to him. He refunded for one. Rang him and he said the system only allows refunds for one???? Then he blocked my number and also blocked me on His facebook page. He has been reported for Fraud
