I booked a vehicle the day before and…
I booked a vehicle the day before and confirmed the booking on the day of collection, When I arrived the lady explained very rudely that there was a car booked in but she turned it away as she already worked over her hours! I waited outside for 2 hours for a car to arrive and I could hear the same lady outside talking to colloeagues using foul language, The car finally arrived in poor condition filthy in and out which the gentleman apologised for!!

Reduction in staff cost me money
Excellent service but I found the pick up/ collection times inconvenient and cost me an extra day hire as I had to collect at 10am . If I could have collected at 4pm I could have done with just 1 day

U drive helped me out when competitors failed me.
4 other companies failed me and Chaz and U drive Yeovil saved the day thanks to his Can do attitude , happy customers waiting to be served by a v hard working individual. You get real jobs worth people in life and then you get the opposite who are customer focused and enjoy their job even during pandemic. This was Hiring a car with pleasure ! Fantastic vehicle and excellent price too. Won’t go to the more well known companies - Am now u drive loyalist.
