Bought cover with a start date c.4 days away. 30 minutes after this, I realised I had the wrong date and immediately called up to cancel/ change the start date. Date change was too far away and I was told I had to cancel, for this I was charged £45 to cancel a policy set up 30 minutes prior and that hadn’t even started.

The worst customer service I've ever received. Fraudulent company who haven't even got the guts to defraud you in person so they have a foreign call centre do it for them. Avoid!

There was no contact made following my on line purchase, this caused the policy to be cancelled. I re applied but it cost me over £50 extra. Glad I have cover but sad it coste £50 extra

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their practices.

After paying a deposit, communication became very difficult and I could no longer get hold of them. Only after taking payment did they start requesting highly sensitive personal documents, including my passport, driving licence, bank details, and utility bills. In over 18 years of driving, I have never been asked to provide this level of information in such a manner.

When I requested to cancel, I was told that my policy had been cancelled. However, they then went ahead and set up a direct debit without my clear consent and kept the policy active in order to take further payments. This is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, the quote I originally received was never honoured. Instead, they increased the price, claiming it was due to licence checks that I had supposedly failed—something that was never properly explained.

Overall, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend that others avoid this company and do not share any personal or financial information with them.
