Holding my life savings for no reason and no response
I have tried multiple times without success to speak to someone regarding my transaction ref #9546706320711601 I have waited for my payment to be transferred for over two weeks. With still no sign I have asked for you to simply return it to the sending account so I can access the much needed funds urgently.
I have been very patient, this is a company I have used previously and would like to use in the future, please return my payment and reply to my email urgently, I would greatly appreciate it and would prefer to update my review to Thank you for doing so.

Everything is fine until you have an issue. I sent money to Australia for my sons education. The agent put the Australia bsb count number wrong and the money is missing. When contacted they say will come tomorrow. The customer service email never ever replies back. Return my money back
