Super poor customer service
It appears from your score rating the likelihood of receiving a response is not expected. I scheduled a ride for a 6:45 pm pick up. When I confirmed the time reverted to 6:11 pm. I immediately canceled and rescheduled. I was charged for canceling that ride 1 minute after Uber booked with the wrong time. Then I rescheduled the ride and the return ride for 8:45 pm. The 8:45 pm ride was not confirmed and the driver never showed up. On top of that the only customer service support is AI, chat, or messaging. AI is a complete joke and chat has to escalate to messaging which will respond in 6 to 12 hours. I guess I'll go back to Taxis, at least they are more relsuper
Very comvinient
Very comvinient, and reliable, but App shows the picking up time inaccurate, most of the time, app says so fast within 5 min, but in reality, plus 5 minutes or more.
Driver was nice
Driver was nice, went to a different stall than website stated so onboarding was clunky,
The driver was on-time and courteous
The driver was on-time and courteous. We gave me landmarks info as we drove by on my way to my destination the DCA Airport. He was great in conversation and his driving was superb!! I gave him my gate and dropped point and he advised me to a different location because it would be closer to the TSA checkpoint and to my gate!! Very Enjoyable Ride....100 stars to my driver!!!

My phone was left in a vehicle march 27th 2026, it was bought for me by my deceased partner, they were contacted by me and my insurance modivcare. They responded and it is April 22nd. They suck.
God service, easy to use app.
Booking response was very quick, tracking very easy and accurate. Comfort car was clean and in good condition. Driver pretty good considering the way everyone else drives in Peru!!
Safe and trustworthy
The two drivers had clean vehicles and were good drivers. I got to my destination and back with no problems. The Uber app is easy to use and I find Uber drivers safe and trustworthy.
They're quick
They're quick, fast, reliable. I feel safe when I use them especially with their safety features they have on their app. Most taxi companies in my area dont have safety features on their apps and if you have problems and issues and you call and report them to dispatch nothing gets done about it, whereas with Uber, they fix the problem immediately and if you feel unsafe in any way they have options for you to get help immediately. They're a on the little pricey side but fast, easy, convenient, and having extra safety features is worth the extra amount in today's day and age. For the people in the back, Always tip your driver's! Its proper etiquette and its how they make a living and its their paycheck, dont think just because your ride one way to go 2 miles and it cost $16.00 that it goes to the driver, because it doesn't. The driver only gets the tips and thats it. Be a decent human being and TIP YOUR DRIVERS! I highly recommend Uber over a regular taxi
Uber put my health in danger and want to avoid the consequences
I was told to get to St Thomas ASAP for a head scan due to neurological concerns. I would have gotten TFL but there are strikes on the Underground which makes travel as a disabled person even worse. I booked a priority Uber that was meant to come in 3 minutes. The driver did not come until 15 minutes later. Then, when the driver arrives, he says he doesn't drive to central London because of the congestion charge. As he is giving me attitude, I tell him that he accepted this ride and he should have checked the location ahead of time. The foolish driver tells me that he went off the postcode, which he misread as SE17. St Thomas' postcode is SE1 7EH. Because it showed that I had a booked trip, Uber would not let me rearrange another taxi and my account was temporarily frozen.
When I put in the complaint to Uber, it is clear the agents read from a script and the company does not hire people with common sense. The "manager" (her name is A***) said someone would call me back.
Uber is so spiness that they have attempted to close my case without someone calling.
I told A*** if something bad happens, I will take action against the company because all I wanted was for them to sort things out on their end.
Worst way to spend the day before my birthday

Mohammed was a great driver
Mohammed was a great driver! Punctual, safe driving, got us to the airport on time, and a pleasure to talk with.

The Uber that I’d ordered picked up the wrong people and set off for my address. Told me it had picked up within 2 minutes Don’t know what happened to them after that? Clearly didn’t check name. I had to order another Uber to take us home. First time I’d used the app and really not impressed.

Consistently useless and unhelpful whenever there’s a problem (like the delivery people delivering the wrong food)😢

As a business do not sign up to be a partner with these robbers they will ruin your business as they are slowly ruining mine
We are a restaurant on Uber Eats and have been for ove 4 years. Top Class Lunchbox in Stockton on Tees. If as a restaurant you are thinking of joining Uber Eats i would advise you dont. For the past 4 weeks Uber Eats have stopped paying us. This is impacting our business. We use our income to pay rent buy stock etc. With Uber Eats stopping our payments our spare cashflow is been depleted. Nobody from Uber Eats replies to emails, messages, wattsapp, uber eats manager messaging app. When you do finally get to speak to someone or miraculously get a reply to emails etc they say it's in the hands of our specialised team, so you ask can i speak with them the answer is NO, ask for an email contact the answer is NO the reply is you will be contacted within 72 hours (this has been going on for 4 weeks) nobody contacts you. I got an email yesterday to say the hold on our payments was removed and we would get payments again. We didn't get payment so rang uber eats to be told there was a hold on our payments and then to be told they had not sent an email, then saying the hold had was still on our payments. So ask to speak to someone and get told for the 100th time it's with the specialised team they will be in touch within 72 hours, I've been told this I dont know how many times and nobody gets in touch. This is killing my business, you tell the people on the phone that I may have to close my business because of Uber Eats and they dont care. They just refer you to the specialised team who never contact you. We have enough funds to keep the business open for a few more days. Unless we receive our payment from uber eats soon we will have to close permanently. They stop paying your money without any warning and will not tell you why they have stopped when you eventually get a reply. I have tried reaching out to various officials Merve Basci, Mathew Price and others to no avail. If you value your business avoid Uber Eats like the plague they will ruin you. Date of experience is almost 5 weeks ago and still ongoing with no payments. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If my business does shut down the only people, company to blame is UBER EATS, Its disgusting that you are allowed to treat a business and people the way you have. Due to UBER EATS I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown Shame on you UBER EATS.
