Average delivery but to be fair it was a bank holiday. Pads once bedded in with a new disc are quiet and have made a huge difference between controlling braking and sounding like a bus.

Hi James. We are sorry to read your recent review on the delivery of your bottom bracket. Having looked into this for you, I can see that the order was placed over the weekend and dispatched when postal services resumed on Monday the 19th. The Tracked 48 service selected at the checkout is typically a 1 to 3 working day service, but isn't a guaranteed service like next day special delivery that we also offer for example. I can see that delivery was made on Friday. We did send your order on time and in good faith, and can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay.

Refuse refunds on faulty products
They do not issue refunds on faulty products.
They are selling bottoms brackets which are either out of tolerance, or not compatible with the cranksets they claim (GXP) and refuse to give refunds when challenged on this.
I fitted one of the GXP bottom brackets to a frameset and cranks which I have had for a number of years, and has had several BBs in its time with no problems. However when I fitted the Uberbike one the cranks would not spin under the torque load of the crank bolts. When I asked for a refund, they asked for me to return the part for them to check, which concerned me. They claim that they have tried the part of their setup and had no issues, so are refusing to issue any refund. I have since replaced with a Praxis BB which worked immediately.
At no point have the been apologetic, or worked to resolve the problem, they have only suggested that it is my parts which are out of spec
I am not the only person to have had this problem, others here have reported the same issue, others on SingleTrackWorld have reported an identical problem

Hi Will. After trying to establish the nature of the issue and assist you by email, to minimise any further delays we requested that the bottom bracket was returned back to us for inspection. By this time you had already replaced the bottom bracket before giving us the opportunity to inspect it.
Your setup was replicated in our workshop, and we were unable to find any side loading problem with the bottom bracket. We have sold this part for 15 years, having sold thousands of units worldwide. We had had the opportunity to read the Singletrack thread posted back in 2020, and although 2 members mention an issue, 3 other members state otherwise and advise this to be a spacer setup issue. This is the same as we have advised in our correspondence also. We also advise on the product listing that for installation that you should always use a qualified technician. We are sorry that you feel let down with the product, but we have been unable to find any issue with it.

Ceramic DUB Bottom Bracket appears to be as good quality as any other but for notably less money. Runs really freely, installed with no issues, so hopeful it will last well.

Uber E bike blue pads
Swopped out the standard Code silver pads that were woeful/noisey and no bite on my new Mondraker to these pads. Bedded them on the trails ( not as the instructions, sorry about that) but they were brilliant plenty of bite and did not fade on the steeps I like to ride. Absolutely I'd recommend these it's a no brainer at the price point as well.
