Lost a star because I had sent a query about whether I needed to buy a part myself and got no reply all day, so send another one. On phoning at end of day (night before job) was told "your emails didnt arrive". Suggest they improve email response.

Second time I have used. Friendly and seemingly helpful, but the quote to replace a shower trap was silly money for what was a less than half an hour job. They also never replied to my email querying the quote.

A professional and efficient service
I needed a repair asap and was able to get one within 2 hours! This has been by far the easiest and most satisfying experience I had with a plumber and appreciate the polite courtesy that similar services rarely provide these days.

As always Glenn is friendly, helpful and informative. He took time to explain the problems with my boiler and check my radiators and other wear and tear using the remaining of his call out time.
