Quality went from good to bad in one wash
The process to order went smooth and speedy. When it arrived I was thrilled with the quality. All it took was one wash and the quality went to poor immediately! Bought these as team shirts for a 5k and they look faded and dingy already before they’ve ever been worn. So sad and disappointed.

The T-shirt quality was great but after ordering, I realized that I misspelled a name on the shirt. I called them and they cheerfully corrected it and shipped to me very quickly. Great customer service!

UberPrints did a great job standing behind their product. Our initial t-shirt order for our trip arrived quick, and while the design looked great, the material of the tee shirt was much thinner than we expected. I reached out to customer service to share my concern, and they responded quickly and professionally. They made it right by reprinting the shirts for us. The replacement shirts were much better quality, and we really appreciated how easy they made the process. Things can happen with any company, but what matters is how they handle them — and UberPrints absolutely delivered with excellent customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I’d order from them again without hesitation!
