Good quality product and fast service.
It was my first time ordering at UberPrints and the results is not what I expected for a Digital Printing. To start I did order one Large and one Medium size t-shirt just to test the quality of digital printing and how it will hold on to the t-shirt. I have to wash it and see but since I design it and order it for a friend, I have to wait for his feed back after washing the t-shirt. Good customer service with the chat about how to order and to put a note in my order for they have a good production people who will check my order before printing.

I recently ordered shirts and had a great experience. The website made it super easy to design the shirts, the delivery was extremely quick, and the quality was very fair for the price! I also love that there is no minimum on shirts to order as I forgot to order a shirt and was able to do a separate order for just one singular shirt!

I have used them 2 x now for personal shirt prints. They have great quality printing, the shirts come in a multitude of colors and types, and although there have been misprints both times have used them, they are quick to resolve the issue.

Fire in the Woods Men's Retreat T shirts
The website stated shirts would be delivered within 10 days. When I finalized the purchase, the shipping stated they would ship within 14 days. I called customer service and she said the website was incorrect but asked when I needed them. I stated we are having a Men's retreat and I needed to receive them within 10 days. She said it would not be a problem. I receive the shirts within a week. They look great. Thanks so much. God bless

No receipt or invoice is provided with order.
I placed an order for $1452.00 on 4/15 and the order came as expected. T-shirts are nice but I didn't get a receipt. I called Customer Service and asked for a recipt to be emailed to me. I got an order confirmation, but my company requires a receipt or itemized invoice for reimbursement. I called again and this time they told me they would have accounting send one in a couple of days. I haven't received it yet and I shouldn't have to fight for a receipt. I went through this too on the last order I placed and now it nmakes me want to give up on your company altogether.
