Service received from Nick was top notch! He was quick to help, knowledgeable and friendly. My issue couldn't be resolved easily as there was some system functionality lacking, but an alternative route was offered. Not Nick's fault so I am keeping 5 stars, but might be worth looking into this to avoid in future.... Number of characters should match what is allowed on ID documents.....

The issue was linked to an error made by uCheck when allocating funds to an online wallet.
After a lengthy session on the online chat, I was asked to send an email to their finance department. At that point, I asked to be put through to a supervisor.
Ben did listen to the issue, take on board that it was caused by an error on their part and work to correct it. He also agreed to a suggestion we made to avoid such errors occurring again.
I have given only 3 stars because it took well over an hour of my working day to sort out. However, it would have been much lower if I hadn't encountered a positive and helpful approach which did lead to a solution.

My email enquiry was answered within minutes of sending by Jan, who responded and sorted with no problem fairly instantly

Excellent Customer Service.
From creating the account to starting the applications and submitting. Everyone I have spoken to at UCheck has been extremely helpful and knowlegeable. I have spoken to x2 Olivers, a Charlotte and a Lynette, all of whom have excelled in their customer service skills. I have been walked through the process with confidence and find the website very user friendly. Would 100% recommend to any employer that needs to get these checks done.
