I emailed Uckfield Garage at 1pm on a Friday requesting a motorcycle Mot for my Triumph at anytime.
John replied at 1.47 and said bring it down this afternoon but I did not read his email and send my reply until 2.10pm . I dropped the bike off for it’s Mot by 2.30 and collected it again just gone 4pm .
Great service ….under 2 hours from making the enquiry to being back home with a fresh MOT . I have been in the motor trade 35+ years myself , believe me that is great service .
Staff are great too , nice and friendly .

I took my car for a routine service, which turned out to be an absolute shambles. They created more problems than it went in with by firstly putting the wrong oil in when it was serviced. I only knew this after speaking to a garage that actually were clued up. It had three advisory’s, which I asked them to deal with. Long story short it ended up being taken to another garage as they said “ they had no idea how to sort the problem they had created”. I was without a car for over 2 weeks, no courtesy car as a courtesy car is just that, and there were none available for me! Apart from the poor care and skill the lack of communication and customer service is beyond belief, I can only speak from my experience but I would never use this garage again and certainly would not recommend.

I have used Uckfield Garage for the last 4 years. I can honestly say this is the most helpful, friendly and professional service I have every received. They are honestly. If something is wrong with your car they will tell you and be truthful about it. They won’t make up work or say somethings wrong for the sake of saying it.

Because of this I know get my wife. My Nan and mother in law to get any and all work done here because I know they are in good hands.

They have just moved to the industrial area in Uckfield with a much newer and bigger unit and it looks like they have settled in perfectly!
