I have got my u door fitted in to my p shape shower bath tub . today by installer RICHARD.
He phoned me 30 minutes before arrival and he spot on time. he is very polite and calm, explained me everything and answered all my questions with politeness.
I have no words for him . he is so professional and precise in his work. He work throughout without break . He fitted udoor in my bath tub so beautifully, with all care .
I am verymuch pleased that I have got u door fitted by " UDOOR bath tub door " company. and special thanks to their installer Richard for his professional, tidy and clean work.

Very pleased with the job. We were offered a prompt date for the installation and the fitter turned up on time. He worked without disrupting the household and was very polite. He did a very tidy and professional job.

Excellent service and just what we needed, the engineer was very polite and friendly and left everything clean and tidy, he was very good, this bath door has saved us from having to do a complete bathroom refit, very pleased and it looks great!

The company was a pleasure to deal with. The man who did the job, Cbasa, worked very hard all day and did a fantastic job. I recommend this company to anybody.

Richard installed our U door yesterday. He arrived on time, he was very polite and professional, didnt take a break. He worked solidly until the door was expertly installed. We are really happy as we can now safely access the shower in our bath and don't need to use steps to get in and out. The door is very high quality made from a ceramic/plastic material so with the 10 year guarantee we are confident it will help us for years to come. We looked at having a dedicated shower fitted or a purpose made bath with a door. Either of these were going to cost £5k to £7k with many days of upheaval . So we are really pleased with our decision to have a U door and delighted with the product and service from U door especially Richard.

Had our bath fitted by by Csaba who replaced the bath panel and udoor he worked quietly and efficiently and answered any questions I had. On completing he explained how to look after it. He cleaned up and left the bathroom clean. He did an excellent job and would recommend to anyone thinking

We recently had a u door fitted, and am very impressed with the no fuss professional way we were dealt with.
We had a text to inform us of when they would be arriving and ,casbah the engineer talked us through the process before the installation which was about 4 hours.
Any mess made was tidied up after and the bathroom left in a clean and tidy state.
Only when we were happy did he ask us for payment.
We would definitely recommend u door and scabs was extremely professional throughout.

My mum had her udoor fitted last week by the engineer Csaba, he arrived in morning, explained everything he was going to be doing & had it all cut out, fitted & cleaned up to the standard like you wouldn’t even have known there had just been work done in the bathroom, it was spotless & a great job done all round. My mum is over the moon with this as she can now step in the bath much easier as she is nearly 90 & was struggling to get in & out the bath for her shower before this. A great job at a great price and would highly recommend the engineer Csaba for the work he done, he was very polite and got straight into the job when he arrived.

Recently had my new bath Udoor fitted by Csaba. Excellent service, would highly recommend. The attention to detail was fantastic. Job was fitted within the given timescale with a very high standard finish.

Csaba Gergely fitted my bath door and I would highly recommend. Outstanding workmanship, courteous, his attention to detail second to none. An absolute pleasure to have such fantastic service and how comfortable and safe I felt being an 87 year old lady living alone.

Janos turned up at the specified time after traveling from Reading to West Wales. He explained what he would be doing after deciding which way I wanted the door to open. I left Janos to do the job which was quick and efficient. He cleared every thing away leaving the bathroom perfectly clean and tidy. Thank you for a brilliant job well done.

We did not want the upheaval of installing a walk-in shower in place of the bath. Udoor have a great solution for this, and we are very pleased with the result. Csaba did a great job with a neat finish.

This one of the best modifications I have made. The fitter was on time, efficient and explained to me all his actions and requirements.

Left hip due replacement March to May 2026 and Udoor booked for fitment in Feb 26. However as I was on the cancellation list after it came as a surprise when hospital phoned to say 3 Jan. Rang Udoor and they said no problem and listed my fitment as emergency. The chap arrived on time on 6th Jan and proceeded to tell me all that was going to happen. I was surprised at the amount of work that goes into fitting these bath doors. He was a very friendly chap who certainly new what he was doing and no question went unanswered. He is a credit to the company and I have no hesitation in recommending this product. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but again a pleasure having him in my home and the bathroom was sparkling when he left with not a spot of dust anywhere. This feedback is well deserved.

The booking process was straightforward & Richard from UDOOR turned up exactly when agreed.
The door & grab rails were fitted in 1 day and everything left clean & tidy.
I would recommend UDOOR to anyone who has a mobility issue getting in & out of a bath.

I recently installed the udoor for my elderly mum. The installation person was extremely skilled and very knowledgeable. Mum simply loves it. I would highly recommend it for anyone with disabilities. It’s budget friendly too.

I booked an appointment for my mum to have a door fitted into her bath quickly and easily by telephone with all questions answered. Richard fitted the door for her professionally and quickly. He was clean and tidy and provided good advice to her. She loves her bath now, so easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend this option for anyone with mobility issues or even a big dog that they cannot lift into the bath. This company comes with a 10 year seal warranty which the other competitor did not offer.
