Great Service

I use the webpage access via Chrome on an Ethernet connection. Everything is smooth, runs as well as Prime or Netflix. No glitches.

I have an annual subscription/plan. Full fight library, breakdown of athlete profiles including all their fights in one place. Or search by year. An amazing wealth of content. Not just MMA but content across different disciplines.

I wish there was a 10 or 30-second rewind, similar to Netflix. There used to be a slow-motion button, which is a shame that it's gone.

Subscription provides PPV 48 hours after, but that's not accurate at the moment. You have all the prelims, but not the main card. I'm sure that will come through.

You have to give appreciation for the tenacity of the organiser's Dana White to be one of the few sports/industry giving fans content throughout the pandemic. In a controlled and safe way. They literally travelled the globe to unturn every possibility.

And great commentary teams. Full of knowledge and character, to really break down the expertise in the fights as well as mixing in the background of the athletes, their individual histories, strengths - weaknesses. Adding context and atmosphere, and opening up the experience for every fan.

Terrible app

Terrible app, soooooo clunky,
I am blown away that a multi BILLION DOLLAR company has such a dodgy unintuitive clunky app.
I have had UFC fight pas for years and it’s gotten consistently worse, I suspect they want it to fail.
Example,
I tried to watch UFC 261 on my fight pass a few days ago, found the event pressed the button to purchase....
Nothing. I Pressed it again..... absolutely nothing. Signed out, signed back in & tried to purchase the fight again, nothing, not even a noise, a change of colour, a thank you for your purchase or a loading indicator, NOTHING.
After a while I gave it up and went to bed.
The next day I received 10 x receipts for purchasing the fight, a $369.90 invoice!!!

It’s clear on my history I didn’t view the fight, it still wasn’t downloaded onto my app so I couldn’t watch it.
I’ll say this, they are very efficient at billing, it’s a shame they aren’t as good at delivering the product they sell.
I sent an email to UFC asking them to fix my account and they obviously misunderstood & cancelled my latest 6 month subscription and refunded the $59 approximately, but kept the $369.90. It looks like it’s the end of a very long and loyal relationship.
I have sent photos of the duplicate invoices from my PayPal account and nothing from the UFC.

I’m now trying to go through PayPal which I’m hopeful will refund the money and chase up the UFC.

I am a disability worker and have a limited income and now a huge credit card debt accruing interest.
Thanks UFC.
I used to love this organization so much, for around 16 years in fact.
Now I think they are terrible & greedy.

Go to ONE championship or something else.

They split their content with ESPN+

Like the title says. I tried watching Weidman vs Akhmedov, but everytime I typed it into the search bar and clicked on the video, it took me back to the home page. Tried it on both my computer, and on the app on my phone. There was no notification or error message; it just showed a seemingly available video that was inaccessible.
The answer to the issue? Searched the video on ESPN+ and there it was. Why couldn't there have just been a message that explained this?
Either way, dividing the content among the two apps to force you to pay for both is disgusting. This issue is present for many fights I have looked up.
The app is fine, albiet clunky, otherwise, but this to me is a glaring issue.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would, so I canceled my subscription and they hacked my card and auto renewed my subscription. And to top it off they blocked me from canceling my subscription on their site. Total scam. If I could send the photo of the site blocking me I’d show everyone.

Horrible

Horrible. The description when you buy is that you can watch all main cards 48 hours after air, you can’t. You can cancel anytime, you can’t as there is no option. A completely useless bit when all you can watch is the prelims which are pretty much all on YouTube anyway

Blatant scam…

Says you get access to all fights if you subscribe. You only get access to a pile of rubbish then they want more money to watch the fights you already paid for. False advertising. Deliberately misleading people. Disappointing.

Shtcustomer service no contact phone…

The worst customer service no contact phone number obviously because their just thiefs they don't respond to email again because they want to steal from you even if you aren't using their service. Overall just trash not worth paying 90 to see the same garbage I can see on YouTube not impressed by their website or customer service at all their entire motto should be "watch us scam you" save yourself the money and headache and use a stolen websites their apps are not easy to navigate or find specific fights not worth it at all especially with the non existent customer service to back it up.

Has potential but needs a lot of improvement.

So firstly some context.
I live in the UK and primarily use an iPad Pro to use the UFC fight pass app.

The app has a huge back catalogue which is great.
Sadly (at least on the app) navigating the back catalogue is frustratingly difficult. Initially it wasn’t too bad as I had a few fighters or events I wanted to go back and watch so you can just search but once you’re up to date and kind of just wanting browse the content it’s easy to miss pretty much all of it and there are some gems hidden away.
I find the playback isn’t optimised (again, on the app and device I’m using)
When you select something to watch there is no buffer icon etc. Simply nothing happens for a few moments which often leads to then pressing it again because you think it didn’t t register and then it starts to get confused from there.
Also skipping, fast forwarding, scrubbing along the video feels very slow and clunky. I’m guessing this is due to it streaming etc but you don’t have those issues with others streaming apps so not really excuse.
Lastly the main issue is that live events aren’t available live on the app.
You can watch the prelims live but due to deals in place with broadcasters (BT sport in the UK)
They can’t show them.
In the UK they are supposed to be available 48 hours later but as most fans will know avoiding results for 48 hours is difficult at best.
In my opinion I would be happier to pay a bit more for the year and have access the live events straight away.

The app has huge potential and I think it will improve as time goes on the but it has a lot of room for improvement in my opinion.

I paid 70 bucks to watch Mc Gregor get his ass whipped by Porier bulshit fight, totally sucked. The next night they had the fight on UFC channle for free. I want my money back. You know what, fuk it. Im gonna rob and steal. Stream every PPV fight from now on. Fuk you Danna. To eazy to get your fights for free. Way over rated anyways. No wonder people steal viewing these fights. I always believed in doing the right thing and paying way to much ordering them, but fuk that. Im gonna rob u now and watch your fights for free from some kids app in China.

Don’t buy

Price went up steadily over a year to a point where it was way to expensive. Some fights missing that I really wanted to watch and fighters walk out music changed obviously due to copyright issues and terrible streaming problems for expensive main events.
