Bad Customer service with incorrect prices online

Vi bookede det online og prisen var 2.398kr. Da vi ankom bekræftede den person, der tog sig af bilen, prisen og bad os komme senere. Da vi kom tilbage for at hente den, fortalte de os, at prisen var 2.998kr, så 500kr mere. Da vi spurgte hvorfor, fortalte de os, at prisen på websiden var forkert. Vi fortalte dem, at vi var enige om en pris, og at hvis den pris er forkert, var det ikke vores skyld.
Han fortalte os, at han var ligeglad, men at vi skulle betale den nye pris, ellers ville han tage det filter ud, der forhøjede prisen (dette filter var en del af revisionen, det var ikke en ekstra).
Vi fortalte ham, at vi ikke ville betale det ekstra, for hvis vi havde vidst, at prisen var 2.998 kr, ville vi have foretaget inspektionen et billigeret sted, så deres fejl er ikke vores skyld, og også at de ikke kunne tage filteret ud fordi det var en del af det, jeg reserverede online.
Efter mere end 5 minutter, hvor personen slet ikke var hjælpsom, fortalte jeg ham, at jeg ville betale den fulde pris, som han bad om, men det før jeg ville fremsætte et formelt krav. Så snart jeg fortalte ham, at jeg ville fremsætte et formelt krav, indvilligede han i, at vi skulle betale den oprindelige pris og gå.
Denne kundeservice var rigtig dårlig, det er ikke min skyld som kunde at siden havde en forkert pris og også han bekræftede prisen da vi forlod bilen om morgenen, så jeg skulle ikke betale for noget det ikke var aftalt tidligere.
Vi vender ikke tilbage, næste år bringer vi bilen til en anden mekaniker, da jeg forstår, at du kan lave en fejl, men du skal ikke slås med mig i 10 min, når du ved, du gjorde det forkert.

We bought our Opel Corsa in here 3 years ago and it was great, but on Wednesday this week we brought the car for the annual revision.
We booked it online and the price was 2.398kr. When we arrived the person that took care of the car confirmed the price and told us to come later. When we came back to pick it up they told us the price was 2.998kr, so 500kr more. When we asked why, they told us that the price in the webpage was wrong. We told them that we agreed to a price, and that if that price is incorrect, that was not our fault.
He told us that he didn't care but that we had to pay the new price or he would take out the filter that increased the price (this filter was part of the revision, it was not an extra).
We told him we won't pay the extra because if we would have known the price was 2.998kr we would have done the inspection in a cheaper place, so their mistake is not our fault and also that they couldn't take out the filter because that was part of what I booked online.
After more than 5 min were the person was not helpful at all I told him that I will pay the full price that he was asking but that before I wanted to put a formal claim. As soon as I told him that I would put a formal claim he agreed for us to pay the original price and to leave.
This customer service was really bad, It is not my fault as a customer that the page had a wrong price and also he confirmed the price when we left the car in the morning, so I was not going to pay for something it was not agreed earlier.
We won't return, next year we will bring the car to another mechanic as I understand you can make a mistake, but you shouldn't be fighting with me for 10 min when you know you did it wrong.
