Went in for uggs and came out with such a cute pair. Expected it to be busy but it wasnt. An amazing girl i got her name it was Nadia, her customer service was so good and amazing! I hope this company treats her well! She is a GEM 💎!!!
Ugg customer service is appalling. I went to uggyesterday Regent Street to return a pair of shoes that was too small. When I got back it was about five minutes till closing time. There was one person before me. A lady came from nowhere very abruptly and asks, where is your receipt, the receipt was in the box if she took time to open the box and look, then I was told to take a picture of my returns form blank and leave the shoes and they will return them. I’ve had nothing back from ugg. When I call back this morning to verify my return, I was met with an unhelpful one of your team for the customer service because I was going to make a complaint. She said there’s no phone number for Ugg I asked for the email she said I have to look for it myself and then put the phone down, I’ve been shopping with ugg for the last 20 years and never met with such unprofessional people in your store Regent Street. At first I was met with a guy telling me that I couldn’t make a returns from online. When I know you can take your goods to any store if you bought it online for a return or an exchange Ugg need to come better than this
