I believe I placed an order on the 4th of this month of April 2026. It’s my first time ordering from UGO. Between the 4th and yesterday the 8th I emailed them twice regarding two different concerns. One concern is I can no longer find their website so I thought great I’ve probably been scammed. I’ve read numerous negative reviews on this place, however, they did promptly reply to my emails. Today I received my order. A Bang Legend 5 in 1 120K. Not one but two because it was a buy one get one free. I don’t know where their website went but right now I’m a happy camper. Product is just as described and then some. Flavors are amazing! Sorry but it’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me.

What they really need is negative stars for this repulsive restaurant.
We ordered portobello mushroom fries, and specifically requested that they be likely done. They were hard as rocks and burnt to a crisp.!
But even worse than that, we spent $28 for four small pieces of lobster ravioli… which didn’t even have any real lobster in it! They use surimi imitation lobster stix. (which are made from cheap Pollock.) I know this because I am allergic to Pollock. & I had a bad reaction.
This is one time where them being stingy with their ingredients was to my benefit or else I would’ve been even more severely ill.
There is a level of trust you need to have when you are eating something because you don’t want to be lied to and this is one restaurant where I would never NEVER even send my worst enemy. Who knows what other ingredients they are substituting without telling us!?!

Shipped fast. Even upgraded because the first order got lost! Very informative and helpful! Love these folks!

Fast service and great vapes. They have the best deals on vapes and they take care of their customers. They even give discounts to first time buyers.I would recommend this site over any other site.

A great idea, BUT when it takes one week (in my case) to get a credit for the unused portion of the fuel credit that’s not acceptable.

I ordered their parapro material and it stopped working after a week. I tried contacting them 5 times in two weeks and no response. I had my test in a week at this point and just went and bought another study guide. I went back to UGO and asked for my money back, they responded within one day and said I couldn't because I didn't go through all the material. The program wouldn't work! and they could never fix it and they still wouldn't give me my money back. This was an obvious scam. Do NOT buy. I have never asked for money back before and now I'm extra careful who I buy from.

Scam no customer service sent me 3 lecture videos 5 min long for 150$ that’s it it’s a scam

Went to eat meat in Manchester. egid was really helpful and kind, do apologise if I’ve spelt your name wrong 😂. Really great quality of food and customer service highly recommended place to go.

This company is a scam! DO NOT use UGO GED Prep. All they send you are reading material. You can buy the prep book on Amazon for about $24. I paid $94.47 for the Lifetime use, which was a waste of money. The prep course is different from what they advertised. UGO prep is confusing, and there is no dedicated log-on—you always have to go back to your email. There is no hands-on training, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Their money-back guarantee is a joke! I paid so much for this course, and as soon as I logged in to my course, I could tell I was scammed! It was my mistake for not checking for reviews – so hopefully, this will help someone. Please don’t get fooled by their website marketing!

Horrendous customer service. Emailed four times over the course of 5 weeks with no response. Gift cards that I gave as gifts over holiday season did not work. Embarrassing to say the least. Even more embarrassing that they are not even bothering to respond to fix the issues. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

Notice that the website says they have over 5,000 reviews rated at 4.5 stars? Yeah, now notice how you can't click on any of those reviews or actually read them except for that bogus marketing video "review" they posted? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I read through the entire study guide for social studies and then went to take the practice test, and the first 5 questions were covering things that they did not include in any of the study material. In fact, most of their practice tests are like this. When I emailed them to find out if I'm somehow missing something, I was told that's all that's offered and that the practice tests are for studying as well. It's very frustrating answering a question wrong 3 times until you finally get the answer and then the explanation. Even after the first 3 practice tests, I do not feel prepared to take the test and am using different methods of studying to prepare myself. Do not waste your time or money.

Once you buy UGO it is hard to figure it out. I have tried to call a couple of times & no answer. Their study material makes no sense and they are not user friendly. I switched to PennFoster and I am happy I did!!!

I would give 0 stars - absolutely no service - they are the worst transfer company that I have ever dealt with! Please stay way!!! I am a travel agent that has been in the industry for more than 9 years - they don;t have 24-hour customer support - they continually book wrong times for my clients and then call them directly to fix the error(s) but guess what - they still did not change the time on the booking for my client - as they got a call at 5am in the morning to say they are waiting for them when she was leaving at 5pm in the afternoon! I have advised UGO that I want a full refund on the transfer for the inconvenience but they advised me that they would give a $50 future credit to use with UGO - really!!!
Also, when I sent a complaint previously it took 2 weeks for them to reply to me! Enough is enough - please stay away from UGO - they have also stuffed up the return transfer for my client - this is the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Good concept with week customer service hours.
When it works as UGO promotes, it is a wonderful digital wallet that I've used successfully.
Switching phones creates an issue and UGO's customer service 1-800 help line has limited hours. Not good for a financial institution.
