They don't care
Used this company 3 times, first was fine, second they sent me 2 bottles of duff liquid, took a week to reply to my email, then never bothered after that. Thought I would give them another chance but the third time ordered goods on a Wednesday needing them for the following Monday as was going on holiday thinking they would be here on time easy, no, by the Friday I emailed them to check if they had been despatched but never got a reply. They finally arrived a week later and still no apology or email. Tried just about all the ecig shops out there and most are first rate but will not use these again. Rubbish...

Ordered some e-liquid in the afternoon and it arrived the next day! Extremely fast delivery. Had to ring them about an issue with payment and they answered the phone very quickly and sorted it out. Excellent customer service too. Cant fault them.
