Well I don’t know were to begin
The lady I spoke to was so helpful I needed a replacement toilet seat and as wickes no longer stock them I went to the company that makes them .The lady I spoke too “ Lisa “ was so helpful sent me a replacement seat as a goodwill gesture Thankyou again Lisa you and your company are amazing not every day you get service like this

Very impressed by the customer service when I emailed about a fault in the toilet seat in my new house after 18 months I got a fast response from Megann and a new seat was sent out. Amazing! Thank you very much Roca!

I had an issue with my toilet seat. I am extremely grateful for Roca bathroom for helping. I emailed Sunday late evening and Elliot contacted me straight away on Monday morning and he was very happy to help. I honestly wasn’t expecting a response this quickly. I was more happy when Elliot sorted my problem all within one day. This is just fantastic customer service. Elliot was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to do. The after sales service at Roca is as exemplary as the products. Megann was super helpful with a technical issue regarding a concealed flush plate problem, the equity I made was answered by return - well done Megann

I had 3 Roca WCs supplied when buying a new home and after 3 years one of them developed a fault. I contacted Roca as the house developers warranty had expired and I was amazed how easily and quickly Roca resolved the issue under their own warranty process. Thanks Roca, great customer service!

Needing to replace a lost hinge cover in the bathroom, trawling the internet completely failed me.
I emailed the company who installed the bathroom 6 yrs ago. They were super speedy in finding the original order with the info I needed. (Thanks Wickes)
I called Roca customer services and was blown away by the speed and ease with which my spares problem was solved.
I know Customer Services are there to help but it’s a rarity these days for something to work!

I bought the hotel soap dispenser a few months ago however it became faulty. I contacted Roca. They instructed me to send images, videos of the problem. Within a couple hours they had asked for my delivery address and not long after that they confirmed they would be sending me a FOC replacement and I should receive it in the next few days. Very happy with the result and speed of rectifying the issue.

I had called customer service and spoken to Ruth who advised what to do and was super efficient. Responded within 5 minutes and I was able to order what I needed. Really helpful and professional!

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed advice with regards to exactly what I needed to buy. I was told what to buy and where to buy it. I then needed some technical support. This was prompt, efficient and very useful.

I called Roca Customer Service to enquire about a replacement cartridge for a bath-shower mixer. After Sales/ Spares/ Technical staff Megann was friendly, helpful and efficient, both on the call and via email. I received a replacement cartridge within the quoted period of 4 weeks. I fitted it myself and no longer have a leaking mixer unit. Thank you Megann.

Hi. Roca were absolutely brilliant with me. I had a slight issue with my toilet seat due to my poor DIY skills and Raj and Megan were really helpful and supportive.
I'd definitely recommend Roca.

I spoke to roca brilliant after sales about 9am about an issue I had with some toilet seats and by noon that day I had received an email back and replacements were on there way .Can’t thank them enough .The after sales team are brilliant .

We moved into a new build with Roca bathroom materials. They are awful quality unfortunately. I wouldn't normally complain but feel only fair to make others wary. We have had all 3 toilet seats come off (2 of which have hardly been used) and one of our taps looks severely worn even though we have been extra careful cleaning it with warm water and a soft cloth. They refuse to replace faulty items. Would recommend avoiding.
