I can't tell you how much wonderful support I received from Jan. He was absolutely amazing. He guided me through the process with ease using his expertise. The experience was a simple process with Jan's knowledge and guidance. He is committed to providing the best service possible. I was pleased with him as my support.

This is a great service for those living abroad. Well organized with the couriers and always kept me up to date with progress. A bit of a glitch at the beginning when perhaps I was sent the wrong list of documents or, possibly, the Passport Office requested more. However it was resolved at no extra cost.

Great communication, easy to follow step by step instructions. Using UK passports took all of the stress and anxiety away for me and my passport arrived quickly , thank you Jan from UK Passports. Mrs Dragon.

Absolute marvelous! The whole process was done on line and the passport was delivered within three weeks! Brittney guided us (84 years olds) through the process and made it so simple for us! Very impressed!

Right from the start when sending off for a new passport and the subsequent correspondence about renewing my British passport, I have only 100% praise at how the whole experience has gone. Robyn in the UK office was ahead of the game and very helpful. Many thanks to her. My new passport has arrived...so let's get travelling again!!

Natasha was most helpful and guided me through the whole procedure - which is quite drawn out

In effect, an excellent service with real help and collaboration from the UK Abroad team. My problem was that none of my suppliers in the UK or Italy, where I have my principal residence, use my middle name. This was the problem that UK Abroad insisted that our proof of pick up address had to have my full name. Eventually, instead of fighting against the system my wife and I anticipated our dentist appointments, our agent and accountant in London updated our correspondence address in Rome with our full names.
Your problem would be so easy to avoid if you know that you will shortly have to renew your passport in that you simply ask your doctor, dentist and suppliers to invoice you with your full names or , at least, use all the initials. There were no other problems: a courier picked up our old passports together with documents requested by UkAbroad. The new passports were sent by courier to us within two weeks followed a week later with our annulled old passports together with the original documents we had sent them with our old passports.
The reason we were able to overcome problems was that we were in contact with one consultant from beginning to end. Take it easy, follow the clear instructions and go with the flow. All the best Philip

My experience renewing my British passport was incredible. The service I received from Miguel was excellent and his attention to detail was outstanding. He made the process seem simple because of his comprehensive and detailed advice. A seamless transition from my old to my renewed passport. A job extremely well done!

UK Passport renewal.
ukabroad have been extremely helpful in obtaining my passport in a prompt manner. The process was started on 02 February 2024 and the new passport was received on 23 February 2024. This was far quicker than expected. My contact person in ukabroad was Ms. Robyn and I can recommend her to anyone else. Robyn kept me posted throughout the renewal process.

Clearly laid out instructions and excellent email response times

I made the PERFECT decision using the services of U.K. Passports. From the moment I contacted them they gave me the confidence and trust that the renewal would go smoothly and they would be able to track it the entire way. I researched online the options as I knew I did not want to do this 'alone' and send my passport with a hope it would go well. With U.K. Passports I had certainty and confidence and I knew it would go perfectly. And it did. The instructions were clear, easy to follow, the pre-approval of the digital photo was essential and confirmed all details were included and there would be no queries. The courier arrived for pick-up and return exactly as scheduled. It was beautifully smooth from start to finish. Thank you Madeleine, my personal Rep! How great is that! The same person monitoring the journey and not some automated robot. You've got to love that care factor! 10-stars even though I can only give 5!

I renewed my passport from Australia and found UK Abroad to be most helpful. Clear, regular communications and easy-to-follow instructions made the whole process seamless and stress free.

Of course one can renew your passport directly with HM Passports, but there is the hassle and uncertainty of the process when living outside the UK.UK Passports took all that away, and Shaun, our personal consultant ensured that our application was completed correctly before it was submitted to the UK passport office. We also opted for the complimentary courier (DHL) service, and our application was collected and returned exactly as promised, and remarkably quickly. We sent the documents on February 2nd, and my wife received her shiney new passport today, February 22nd.
Throughout the whole process Shaun responded to all our questions, and provided guidance , especially re taking the ID photograph, within the hour, if not sooner.
Although the service is a premium price, it is definitely worth every penny, and I will use it again for future UK document renewals.
