Not a bad word to say about these guys,
They're fast acting and reliable. My account manager has been an absolute godsend as I know I'm not an easy customer, yet they have taken the time to listen, learn and understand my stores own unique needs as well as my own personal preferences. Yes, he does try to upsell me sometimes, but in a very cheeky 'no-pressure' way.
UAV treat me like an individual, they keep me up to date on the 'real' picture, even when the situation is unfavorable and there's no blame shifting. I'll keep going back to them for their excellent customer service.

Minor problem with website not accepting delivery address was sorted very promptly by very helpful staff and offered a discount for inconvenience. Goods arrived the next day, well packaged. I’ll definitely use again.
