Safe, honest and friendly

We have just completed a successful sale of a quantity of fine silver to UK Bullion. Josh was very helpful on the phone, clearly explaining company policy and the requirements for completion of the sale. His clear, confident description of the process and pricing, as well as the promise of a secure way to deliver, were what made us choose their services. The spot rate they offered was also competitive.
On arrival everything went smoothly and as described, we were assisted as promised in their secure unloading area, a great help. The building is low key and not in an exposed High Street type location, which is also a bonus.
Everyone involved with the transaction was friendly and professional, and we came away happy we had sold to them. This was a seven hour round trip for us, and I feel it was worth travelling further than we could have done due to the service we received. The money was safely transferred during the journey home. I would certainly recommend this team if you are thinking of selling your precious metals.

For once I found myself eager to write a review...

TLDR: Stellar customer experience, the site is easy to use, the prices are reasonable, the customer service is incredible. 10/10, will use again.

I made an error whilst ordering resulting in a failed order by using a card that failed authentication due to an incorrect address. This was my fault. To get around this I simply created another order with a different card.

My failed order resulted in a phone call from a customer service representative to check whether or not I wanted to pursue the order with different payment details.

The representative was a pleasure to work with; polite, professional and entirely accomodating. A resolution was quickly achieved. I chose not to pursue this order.

I received my delivery (for the second successful order) within 3 days despite the beginnings of unprecedented retail demand at the time (Jan 31st). I was actually surprised that it arrived when it did; I assumed it would take a few more days.

In short, in the complicated world of retail precious metals I could not recommend UK Bullion highly enough. Fantastic work, thank you.
