Excellent customer service and prompt next day delivery.
I hadn’t made a purchase of this type before and Lauren was very knowledgeable about the company products of interest to me and went out of her way to provide me with all the information I needed to make the right purchase decision. The product was grate
The product was grate. It was a bit scary to order online something so expensive but then it arrived when the website said it would so that was a relief.
Grate website, very easy to use and grate customer service too.
Before writing this I red the few negative reviews for the company and I’m very happy to see that they’ve come a long way since the time of those unhappy shoppers.

The customer service is so good it makes a refreshing change. Management always on hand to help.
I have purchased silver from them twice and each time it arrives the next day with no delivery costs and documents included.
