No proper Instructions on how to use the item.
Had to send back due to Insufficient instructions on how to use the item, and they sent me instructions in badly broken English which I could not understand, and they would not pay me for return postage.
Had a reply, ha, now they admit the instructions are written roughly, but readable, yes if you can read badly broken English, but the instructions are still bad.

Order was faulty, instead of replacing it I was offered a 10% discount, customer services didn't listen to what I was saying and again offered a refund with no offer of a replacement part or replacement item. Poor service

Good buy
Size as stated and order efficiently sent. One difference from picture on box is that the opening is on the side not at one end. This is in fact better when trying to access plants under the cover.
