I ordered paid 5 cirtificates, nowhere did l read that some institutions will not accept these. Only if signed off by a solicitor.
One bank said the seal sticker barely embossed cannot use other sticker edge slapped on off page. … most l showed said they look fake.

Please note that the certificates included with our Deed Poll packages are legally valid and accepted by the majority of UK organisations, including schools, HM Passport Office, and most banks. However, some institutions have internal policies requiring additional verification, such as a solicitor’s witness or an enrolled Deed Poll. Unfortunately, we cannot control individual organisations’ internal requirements.
Our certificates are official legal documents, with signatures from two independent witnesses, and are entirely legitimate. We provide guidance on how to complete and present the Deed Poll to ensure acceptance.
